New year, new home.
Alexander von Fürstenberg — the son of designer Diane von Fürstenberg and Prince Egon von Fürstenberg — rang in 2026 with a major real estate move, Page Six hears.
A source tells us von Fürstenberg snapped up a mansion in Miami on New Year’s Eve in a private deal for an undisclosed sum.
The North Bay Road property had been listed at $7.1 million.
The 5,700 square foot space boasts six bedrooms and four bathrooms and has a pool, garden and outdoor fireplace.
The area on the Biscayne Bay is known as a magnet for the ultra-wealthy and is one of Miami-Dade County’s priciest enclaves.
Von Fürstenberg’s stepfather, media mogul Barry Diller — chairman of IAC and Expedia Group — previously purchased a waterfront plot in the area for $45 million.
The swank strip has also attracted A-listers including Jennifer Lopez, David and Victoria Beckham, Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and Shakira.
We hear the listing was held by powerbroker Cindy Orlinsky of Douglas Elliman, while the buyer was represented by Jordan Karp of The Karp Group, the luxury real estate firm founded by architect Kobi Karp.
This isn’t von Fürstenberg’s first Miami address. Property records reportedly show that a trust tied to him paid $10 million for a condo in the city in 2023.
In September 2024, reports surfaced that influencer Candice Miller — whose late husband, Brandon Miller, allegedly left her in serious debt — was living in the oceanfront pad.
Sources say Alexander’s wife, Alison von Fürstenberg, has had a longstanding friendship with Miller.
