They typically host one of the most elaborate Christmas Eve parties of the year, the kind that anyone would dream of attending.
But the Kardashians are switching things up again this year.
Instead of their typical over-the-top soirees, the family have opted for an ‘intimate’ holiday gathering.
Khloe Kardashian revealed their more laid-back (yet still glamorous) bash with Instagram followers on Wednesday night.
Dressed to the nines, Khloe said they opted against doing anything over-the-top after mom Kris Jenner’s recent 70th birthday bash.
‘We are not doing a big Christmas Eve party this year, because we just had my mom’s huge 70th and we just wanted something more intimate, so we’re doing just family, but of course, we have to still be so dressed up, because that’s what we love to do. And so we are just celebrating the holiday very glam and fab,’ she said.
It’s not the first time the family have decided to turn down the volume on their Christmas Eve soiree – last year they opted for a more intimate, low-key gathering.

In her reel, Khloe dressed for the family occasion wearing a strapless white dress that clung to her figure.
The Good American founder accessorized her ensemble with a dazzling necklace as well as matching earrings.
Her locks were parted to the side and flowed down in elegant waves to brush the tips of her shoulders.
A layer of mascara was added to her lashes while a shimmering gold shadow was added around her eyes. For a final touch, a warm blush was added to her cheeks while a nude-colored tint was worn on her lips.
Khloe also uploaded a sweet photo to her Instagram stories as her daughter True, seven, and son Tatum, three, posed with Santa.
In a short humorous clip, the reality star could be seen filming herself as she tried to get her son to join her – who quickly ran in another direction.
But True as well as Khloe’s niece Dream were more than thrilled to take part in a clip to showcase their own holiday party outfits – and sneak in the ‘6-7’ trend.
‘How gorg are my two girls. They are like little candy canes,’ the TV personality gushed, referencing to their red and white dresses.
