Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian both got the latex memo.
But this isn’t your average latex look. The sisters were both seen this past weekend, turning heads in holiday-ready bright red latex looks.
While many celebrities have been known to slip into the skin-tight rubbery material on occasion, few wear the tricky trend quite as regularly as the Kardashian-Jenner family.
Perhaps most striking was Jenner’s cherry-toned latex halter dress, styled with clear PVC heels from Amina Muaddi ($760) and Harry Kotlar diamond stud earrings.
With a French pedicure on her toes, Jenner’s long nails were painted the same shade as her skin-tight dress.
She was out and about in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, attending the OBB Media holiday party, looking fierce and festive.
Though the designer of the dress has yet to be confirmed, it couldn’t help but remind us of her last Khy collaboration with Poster Girl, which featured plunging latex gowns in red and black.
A lover of latex, Jenner even joked, “I would wear this outfit to the clerb. I would wear this outfit to pick up my kids from school. I would take this outfit to take business meetings.”
At the same time, sister Kim was spotted with her daughter Noth West for a sushi night at Nobu in Malibu. For the occasion, she chose a pair of red latex leggings, a black leather hoodie, and coordinated black leather thigh-high boots.
The look was Balenciaga.
The last time the world witnessed Kardashian in latex leggings was during her “All’s Fair” press tour when she hysterically asked co-star Naomi Watts to borrow her lube for a “fashion emergency.”
Though we didn’t get an inside look at her struggling into this particular pair of festive bottoms, we hope she still had some Stripes Oh My Glide on hand…
