Beyonce’s father Mathew Knowles had a stern warning for Kanye West after he published vile tweets about her and Jay-Z’s youngest children.
The controversial rapper, 47, launched a troubling social media tirade against the superstar couple on Tuesday, while also taking aim at their seven-year-old twins, Sir and Rumi.
Knowles, 73, stated that the personal attacks targeting his family would inevitably lead to professional consequences, impacting Kanye’s music career.
‘People pay a price for being stupid, especially in the music industry,’ Knowles, who managed Beyonce’s, 43, career for roughly a decade and a half, told TMZ.
Acknowledging the possibility that Kanye’s mental health is contributing to his erratic behavior, Knowles said he hopes that Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband receives the care he requires.
‘I’m hopeful Kanye gets the type of help he needs, in terms of mental health,’ he added. Last month West said he was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder, and has now been diagnosed as autistic.

It comes after Beyonce’s mom and Mathew’s ex-wife, Tina Knowles, spoke out in defense of her family following West’s shocking tweets.
Taking to her Instagram page on Wednesday, Tina appeared to try to lighten the mood by sharing one of her fan-favorite ‘corny joke’ posts.
However, the 71-year-old made her feelings about the recent attacks at her loves ones clear with a pointed message in her caption.
‘Corny joke, time! it’s hard to remain positive and classy in the face of ignorance and evil,’ the Cecred vice chairperson noted.
‘But I know that no weapon formed against me or my family shall prosper. This battle is not mine, but the Lords, I know that God has got this.’
In the video, Knowles chose to keep things light as she quipped: ‘What happens when a snowman throws a tantrum? He has a meltdown.’
Fans made little mention of the joke as many instead chose to praise the grandmother for her elegant response to Kanye’s hurtful comments.
One fan wrote: ‘That’s what you call a Mothers way of clapping back with class. I love this!’

Meanwhile it’s been reported that Beyonce will not respond to the tweets, and believes Kanye’s offensive onslaught is a twisted reaction to her and Jay-Z’s support for Kendrick Lamar.
‘Beyoncé was in tears, but she won’t respond out of respect for his family back in Chicago who she knows well,’ a source told DailyMail.com. ‘She holds a lot of secrets in her vault and could easy retaliate, but she is praying for him.’
‘She won’t stoop to his level and go back and forth with him. She knows Kanye is also upset with her and Jay because they’ve been supporting Kendrick who Kanye is clearly jealous of.’

Beyonce’s parents Tina and Matthew tied the knot in 1980 and aside from Beyonce they also share daughter Solange, 38.
The couple separated in 2009 after Tina filed for divorce which was finalized two years later amid news that Mathew was father to a son named Nixon Knowles with actress Alexsandra White, born in February of 2010.
Mathew in July of 2013 wed one-time model Gena Charmaine Avery in a ceremony neither Beyonce or Solange went to.
Beyonce and her father have had a much-talked about rocky relationship since she dismissed him as her manager in 2011.
However, the pair looked incredibly happy when they reunited backstage at the final show of her On the Run II Tour back in 2018.
Matthew said at the time that his visit was a complete surprise to them both but it went well as he and Tina have ‘never been enemies’.
Kanye’s outburst comes just weeks after the rapper appeared to take aim at Tina, teaming up with fellow rapper The Game, 45, to seemingly produce a song about the matriarch.
A video, posted by Kanye, saw The Game recording lyrics on top of the same song Tina was serenaded with after her appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show – which was a version of Beyoncé’s hit song Formation with special lyrics added for her.
The attacks at Beyoncé and Jay-Z were especially shocking as Kanye has previously worked with and supported the couple (Jay-Z, Beyoncé and Kanye pictured in 2008)

He captioned the post: ‘TINA BY GAME PRODUCED BY ME.’
Prior to this, Kanye posted a picture of what appeared to be The Game’s phone, who had sent a banana emoji to Tina via direct message.
He captioned it: ‘This Game’s phone.’
Kanye fueled more confusion by posting the same emoji in a separate post, writing: ‘Tear that monkey up.’
He also shared the video of Tina in a glamorous red ensemble while she walked out to a choir.
The post read: ‘Game finna slide for the guys.’
It was later revealed that West is producing The Game’s upcoming album and that the track Tina — featuring West, The Game and Jim Jones — actually doesn’t appear to have anything to do with Beyoncé’s mom.
Instead, the song samples the Tina Turner hit What’s Love Got to Do with It. West used Instagram to unveil the three-part song on Tuesday.
Elsewhere, Kanye — who previously stated that he is a Nazi and shared praise for Hitler — has continued to spark outrage after taking aim at his ex-wife Kim Kardashian in a series of tweets.
Taking to the app on Tuesday, he claimed that he was put off by a white woman being in control of his black children.
The 24-time Grammy winner’s comments directed at his ex-wife came in reaction to a planned musical collaboration between his daughter North, and rapper Playboi Carti, 28, which he opposes.
Kanye is father to four children with Kim, 44: daughters North, 11, and Chicago, seven; and sons Saint, nine, and Psalm, five.
The Jesus Walks rapper also referenced his political leanings, saying he has been persecuted for his continuous support of President Donald Trump.
‘How many times you heard people say Kanye is wrong for supporting Trump?’ he asked.
‘Answer is a lot. How many times have you heard people say Kim’s wrong for how she playing with that mans kids. Never.’
The Yeezy founder also said he was ‘tired of the media always talking s**t’ and propagating double standards.

‘White women not letting me see my kids or even have say so of where they go to school and controlling my kids name and likeness,’ he said. ‘Celebrities only speaking up to diss me for wearing a red hat.’
On Wednesday, the FourFiveSeconds singer claimed that people he knew were sent to try and mislead him into entering a medical facility under the guise of being a retreat.
‘I got knocks on my door – familiar faces saying, “Hey maybe you should come to a retreat”‘ he said.
Kanye then said he came to ‘find out it was the hospital so that’s what happened like a couple hours ago.’
