The American actress, 56, was among the stars who stepped out for the Womenswear Fall/Winter 2025/2026 show in Italy’s capital on Thursday.
She oozed sophistication in a black satin zebra striped three-piece suit, which consisted of tailcoat-style blazer, a fitted waistcoat and tapered trousers.
Kelly paired the look with white stiletto heels and accessorised with a grey snake print handbag adorned with diamante tiger brooches.
Also in attendance at the Roberto Cavalli show was American singer Victoria Monet, who turned heads in a busty leopard print number.
Victoria’s one-shouldered black velvet gown was complete with a cut-out across the bust and featured a figure-hugging design.

She finished off the look with a green snake print and tiger brooch handbag and strappy black heels, with her blonde locks swept into a messy bun.
Kelly’s appearance came just hours after she paid tribute to her Gossip Girl co-star Michelle Trachtenberg, who passed away on Wednesday aged 39.
After the news of Michelle’s death, Kelly took to Instagram to share a Vex King quote which read: ‘If today feels heavy, carry it lightly.
‘If it feels empty, fill it with the smallest comforrts. A warm drink. An uplifting song. Soft clothes. A deep breath.
‘You don’t have to fix today. You just have to move through it.’
She also took to her Instagram Story to share a picture of Michelle as Georgina Sparks on Gossip Girl, which she captioned with a heart.
While police are yet to confirm her cause of death, sources say Michelle died of natural causes.
She recently underwent a liver transplant, friends of the star told TMZ.

Her mother Lana discovered her body in her $7,500-a-month apartment in Columbus Circle on Wednesday at 8am.
NYPD officials said an autopsy would be performed.
A spokesperson said: ‘On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at approximately 0801 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided individual at 1 Columbus Place, within the confines of the Midtown North Precinct,’ police said in a statement.
‘Upon arrival, officers observed a 39-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased.
‘Criminality is not suspected. The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. The investigation remains ongoing.’

Michelle was a child actress who began her career aged just three in Nickelodeon show The Adventures of Pete & Pete.
Her first big movie role was a child sleuth in 1996’s Harriet the Spy.
The actress became a sci-fi favorite after joining TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer in 2000 as Buffy’s sister.
She had been in talks to appear in a hotly-anticipated reboot at the time of her death.
