Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued by a male escort who claims the hip-hop mogul sexually assaulted him and threatened him after he was hired for a Freak Off in 2012.
According to the suit filed Wednesday and obtained by Page Six, John Doe claimed he was hired by the “Act Bad” rapper through a Florida-based male companion service.
Doe claimed he told Combs, 55, that he would travel to New York City to meet with the Revolt co-founder at the Intercontinental Hotel.
The man alleged in the docs that when he entered the room, he was met by Combs and his female companion.
The male escort claimed the Bad Boy Records founder ordered him to perform oral sex on the unnamed woman for hours while performing demeaning sex acts on her, according to the docs.
The man also claimed in the lawsuit that Combs allegedly drugged him with a bottle of water and/or a drug-laced baby oil that was rubbed on his body, which caused Doe to lose control of himself.
The plaintiff alleged that the dad of seven followed him into the bathroom, where he allegedly anally sodomized him.
“While in the bathroom, Combs entered and said, ‘I really want you to stay, let’s turn up, let’s turn up,’” the suit read.
“Doe reiterated that he was not feeling well and needed to leave. Combs replied saying, ‘No, we’re gonna have some fun,’ and grabbed Doe’s penis while he began to simultaneously touch himself,” according to the docs.
Per the suit, Combs then allegedly threatened the man, telling him that he would get him killed like rapper Tupac Shakur, who was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in September 1996.
“You better not say a word to anybody about this. Did you hear me?” Combs allegedly told the plaintiff, per the suit.
“I’m not f–king playing with you. If I can get Pac hit, what the f–k do you think can happen to you?”
Doe is seeking compensatory and punitive damages in an amount to be determined at trial.
In a statement to Page Six, Combs’ attorneys said: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court,” his lawyers added.
In 2023, ex-gang leader Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested and charged with murder for the fatal shooting of Tupac.
Last year, however, Davis suggested to police that Combs paid $1 million to have the “Caifornia Love” emcee killed. (Combs has long denied any involvement in Tupac’s death and Davis’ trial is set to begin in March.)
Meanwhile, Combs has been dealing with his own lengthy list of legal problems.
In September 2024, he was arrested by federal agents in New York City and charged with three counts: racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Combs pleaded not guilty to the charges, and his trial is slated to begin on May 5.
The “It’s All About the Benjamins” rapper is also facing dozens of lawsuits accusing him of a range of sexual misconduct and other illegal activity.
