The influencer is known for her love for Pilates and keeps her figure in top shape thanks to her workout routines.
In the past, Pip has credited her ripped abs to a Pilates workout founded by Sydney-based instructor Kirsten King called Fluidform Pilates.
She has been a devotee of the Clovelly-based studio since it launched several years ago, and is currently practising solo classes conducted online from her home in the eastern suburbs.
Posting on Instagram, Pip shared how her three times weekly Pilates sessions are keeping her ‘sane (and sweaty) through this time’.
‘Trying to keep up my ISO Pilates routine,’ she wrote.
‘It’s been super challenging doing it solo from home, so to all of you out there, don’t be hard on yourself.’
A typical Fluidform workout involves tiny movements and ‘isometric holds’ – where you hold your body in a halfway point of exercise for 45 seconds – in order to tone and hone the smaller muscles.
‘I’m a strong believer in consistent, regular movement. Moving your body for just 20 to 30 minutes each day is much more beneficial than working out for an hour once or twice a week,’ founder Kirsten previously told Daily Mail Australia of her workouts.

‘This is what I practice personally between juggling work and home – I’ve found that as long as I get 20 minutes a day in, I can keep my body in good condition and functioning well.’
When it comes to her other fitness, diet and wellness secrets, Pip has revealed that she is a big fan of vegetarian foods.
‘I’m all about a vegetarian diet, bordering on vegan,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.
A typical ‘mid-week meal’ is roasted vegetables and salad with ‘some kind of soup’, while she also enjoys tacos when she’s being a bit more relaxed.
Pip also previously told Women’s Health that she loves eggs despite being nearly vegan.
‘I always have eggs and tabasco in my handbag, I find it is the only quick thing I can snack on that is healthy and can also help to fill me up,’ she told the publication.
A typical day on her plate is boiled eggs and Tabasco sauce for breakfast with a skim mocha, before soup or salad with another coffee at lunchtime.
‘Trail mix in the afternoon and crackers with Vegemite and cottage cheese for a snack,’ she told Elle.

Dinner is typically chicken with vegetables or bolognese or something else ‘hearty’.
‘If I snack into the night, it’s liquourice tea, cashews with dates, yoghurt with cashews or if I have a real sugar craving, I’ll tuck into a lot of Darrell Lea liquorice!’
Pip also swears by acupuncture, weekly saunas and a swim a week at Bondi Icebergs when it is open.
She also previously revealed the self-care items she never goes without.
The star shared the insight with website Beauticate, listing over $690 worth of products that bring her peace and calm.
Pip always has Chakra 3 Balancing Pure-Fume Mist from Aveda, $29, on hand to ‘rebalance her chakras’ with a quick spray if she needs a change of energy.
Pip carries a MAC Strobe Cream $70, because she loves to be ‘illuminated and highlighted, just to brighten up the day’.
The blonde has Gentle Habits incense burning in her office 24-7 and uses the brand’s Glass Vessel Incense Holder in amber, valued at $30.

She showed two boxes of the brand’s incense, including the Byron Bay scent, valued at $45 each, stating she loves it because she’d always rather be in Bryon.
The designer says she also burns sage sticks when she needs to clear her space of negative energy, valued at around $12 each.
‘It’s because I am so intuitively open, I don’t need to take on other people’s stuff,’ she said of warding off bad vibes, including after business meetings.
In an earlier chat, Pip revealed the must-have items she carries every day.
Her Burberry Knight Bag, valued at $5,500, is crammed with goodies that she uses to maintain her looks – and her hydration, she tells Pop Sugar.
The P.E Nation designer carries a tube of Hydralyte effervescent tablets, around $12.99 a packet, which replenish electrolytes.
But she admits she has a strange habit with the tablets, eating them instead of dissolving them in water as suggested.
She again mentioned a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream which she uses as she ‘loves to look dewy’.

The designer added that she normally has nuts in her bag, as well as ginger lollies.
