Karen, 42, set her pal, also 42, the task of replicating the tough poses she strikes from her hotel room each morning while enjoying her coffee.
Branded the Karen Challenge the stunner has put Neil through his paces after balancing on both one arm and even her head.
One snap even saw her being lifted by shirtless boyfriend Simon Davidson, with her rival later drafting in Wynne Evans, 52, to whisk him off his feet.
Fans have been loving the ongoing joke with fellow pro Amy Dowden rushing to the comments to brand it ‘brilliant’.
Meanwhile Neil’s fiancé Chyna Mills, 26, with whom he shares Havana, 15-months, gave him an ‘A for effort’.

The tour kicked off in Birmingham last week and the celebs can expect to party hard after taking to the dance floor.
Tasha Ghouri, JB Gill, Shayne Ward and Montell Douglas feature in the line-up which travels the length and breadth of the UK in a 30-date showstopping spectacular.
Gladiators star Montell revealed the celeb’s Whatsapp group was already ‘popping’ after being told the ‘vibe was electric’ on tour.
She also revealed she would be turning 39 on the road and said there were plans to mark the milestone, but joked the stars would be keeping much of their wild antic secret.
Montell told The Sun: ‘That might be an epic night where we’re like, no Instagram posts guys’.
Meanwhile Miranda star Sarah Hadland, 53, gushed: ‘I’ll be living my pop star life on tour. I can’t believe we’re selling out arenas’.
However ex Corrie actor Shayne, 40, admitted he would be giving the bar a miss after the show’s in a bid to avoid hangovers the following morning.
‘I’m definitely going to have fun on tour but the problem is hangovers last a lot longer these days now we’re adults’.
He also admitted not wanting to be seen partying too hard when his beloved partner and fellow soap star Sophie Austin, 41, was at home caring for their two children.

It comes after Tasha took to Instagram with a slew of behind the scenes snaps just days after her split from Andrew Le Page.
It was previously claimed that the couple, who met on the 2022 series of Love Island, ended their relationship in early January, with Tasha since spotted on celebrity dating app Raya.
Now Tasha’s mother Nicky Young has appeared to shed more light on the split by ‘liking’ fans’ comments speculating about the end of the relationship.
One such comment read: ‘Sometimes relationships just don’t work out. We’re not in their lives so we don’t know the reasons.
‘Sometimes people can just outgrow each other or not be as driven or want different out of life and much more.’
‘They can try to keep it together but then it can be much worse.’
Last week Andrew was reportedly left blindsided after he discovered Tasha was on the celebrity dating app Raya despite their recent break-up.
A source told The Sun: ‘Andrew and Tasha had been in a difficult place and had only just decided to end things.’

‘To Andrew, it was all very fresh and raw – so to see that Tasha was on Raya and had updated her profile with pictures from when they were still dating last month was incredibly painful.’
Tasha’s Raya profile describes her as a ‘Northern girly’ who is ‘always smiling and laughing’.
The account featured snaps of her in a red dress which she had originally posted on her Instagram in December as she attended a Christmas party.
Strictly dancer Carlos Gu also recently hinted that Tasha is growing close to a co-star and EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick, as they travel across the country for the show’s tour.
The professional dancer raised eyebrows with a recent comment he made about the pair on his Instagram, as the Strictly Come Dancing tour continues.
