The actress, 48, slipped into a smart black thigh-split dress with matching blazer as she posed with the actor, 57, at the event held at the London Palladium.
Reese’s dress featured a lace top half and a belt that perfectly cinched her in at the waist.
She teamed her elegant dress and blazer combo with matching black heels and diamond drop earrings.
Meanwhile, Will cut a sharp figure in a dark grey suit which he teamed with a grey shirt and burgundy tie.
The pair, who star together in the comedy, looked in great spirits as they smiled for snaps before posing next to a huge wedding cake split in half.

In the film, Reese plays Black Sheep Productions producer Margot, who volunteers to plan the nuptials of her baby sister Neve (Meredith Hagner) and her groom Dixon (Jimmy Tatro).
Will plays avid baker Jim, who’s excited to plan the wedding of his daughter Jenni (Geraldine Viswanathan) and her groom Oliver (Stony Blyden).
Margot and Jim proceed to book their ceremonies at the same resort on a remote Carolina coast island on the same day, June 1.
But no one discovers the clerical error until they try checking into the venue with flummoxed concierge Leslie (Jack McBrayer), who offers no solution but to somehow share it.
You’re Cordially Invited – premiering January 30 on Prime Video – also features Celia Weston, Fortune Feimster, Bobby Moynihan, Wyatt Russell, Leanne Morgan, Rory Scovel, Ramona Young, and a cameo from retired NFL star Peyton Manning.
Reese and Will previously acted together in sketches like The Fishy Little Mermaid and Celebrity Jeopardy when she hosted NBC’s Saturday Night Live back in 2001.
