Love Island: All Stars’ Olivia Hawkins has blamed her shock dumping on her flirty exchanges with Luca Bish.
Olivia, 29, and Marcel Somerville, 39, were voted the least compatible couple by viewers on Wednesday night, after landing in the bottom with Ronnie Vint and Elma Pazar, and Nas Majeed and Catherine Agbaje.
The twist left the rest of the villa in floods of tears, though Marcel and ex Gabby Allen said they were ‘glad’ to have patched things up following their bitter split in 2018.
Meanwhile, Olivia has since admitted she ‘wasn’t surprised’ to be dumped, placing the blame on the tensions between herself and Luca.
In her post-villa chat, the brunette beauty said: ‘When our names got called I actually wasn’t that surprised, I did think after the whole chat with Luca that it was a possibility.
‘I think all three couples in the bottom deserved to be there and I just believe that whatever happens, happens and if it was my time to go then it was my time to go.’

Despite Olivia being paired up with Marcel and Luca claiming his sights were set on new bombshell Grace Jackson, the duo have had numerous ‘intense’ chats with a ‘lot of eye contact’.
Rumours quickly spread around the villa of their chemistry, with even some of the other Islanders picking up on ‘something being there’ between them.
However, it was all put to bed in last night’s episode after both Olivia and Luca made it known they wanted to continue in the couples they were in.
Addressing the confusion with herself and Luca, Olivia explained: ‘Yeah, we live in the same area and we were friends before and it was just that was probably the one person I didn’t want to fall out with.
‘But we left on a really nice note I’m really excited to see his journey with Grace.’
Despite the drama, Olivia gushed that she ‘came and got what she wanted’ with Marcel, who she described as ‘so sweet’.
When quizzed on how things are between them, she said: ‘Yeah really good, he’s so sweet, it’s still really early days.
‘It’s nice that we’re out now and we can get back home and give each other our numbers and start texting and dating as you would on the outside but still navigate stuff together.’
She added that she’s rooting for Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Curits Pritchard to win the reality dating show and she will be ‘shocked if anything comes between them’.

Meanwhile, Marcel had adifferent reaction to being dumped from the villa, as he revealed he had no idea what was going on between Luca and Olivia.
He said: ‘I was a little bit taken by surprise as I wasn’t aware of the other stuff that was going on, regarding Olivia and Luca, so I was a little bit surprised.
‘But, me and Olivia felt like we both had a good connection in there. To be chosen as the least compatible was a bit odd for me, but at the same time there are a lot of strong couples in there.’
Marcel added: ‘Me and Liv are still gonna get to know each other and see how things pan out, it’s still quite early days, we’ll see what happens, I’m looking forward to it.’
Speaking of his ex Gabby, he revealed he is ‘super happy’ for her as her conneciton blossoms with Casey O’Gorman.
He said: ‘Honestly I’ve known Casey for a while and me and Gabs we have history, I’m hoping that Casey is the right guy to give Gabs that happiness that she deserves.’
Speaking to host Maya Jama after departing the villa, the presenter branded their departure a ‘shock exit.’
Marcel said: ‘I feel like we had a really good compatible relationship,’ while Olivia added: ‘I feel the last two days we got so close.’
Grilled on the status of his friendship with Gabby, Marcel insisted that their reunion has provided ‘closure’ for them both, and they can stay on good terms if they ever cross paths in the future.

Wednesday’s episode also ended with the news that Harriett Blackmore and Montel McKenzie would be the latest bombshells to enter the villa.
Harriett was determined to confront ex Ronnie about the end of their romance, as well as his secret messages with fellow Islander Olivia.
Harriett had previously started a romance with Ronnie during their time in the villa last year, but split in September amid claims that he cheated on her.
Since he entered the All Stars villa, Ronnie admitted to sending co-star Olivia flirty messages despite being in a relationship.
Now, Ronnie is in a couple with Elma but their blossoming romance could be under threat following Harriett’s explosive return.
Discussing her decision to return to the villa, Harriett said: ‘I think that my last time in the Villa was cut too short so I think I deserve a second chance, I’m looking forward to it!’
But despite viewers’ hopes that Harriett will confront Ronnnie about his behaviour, she insisted she’s focused on a finding a new connection during her time in the villa.
She added: ‘Explore new connections… but I definitely need to have a conversation with Ronnie though, I think that’s important. I don’t know how I’m going to feel when I see him, I haven’t seen him in months, we last spoke in September.’

Montel departed the Love Island villa after a turbulent romance with Leah Taylor, which saw him stray during his time in Casa Amor, where he enjoyed a kiss with Tink Reading.
Although he and Leah were dumped from the villa as a couple, their romance quickly fizzled out on the outside.
Asked why he’s heading back into the villa, Montel said: ‘I want to find love and Love Island is the best environment to find that.’
‘I think people thought I was a bit boring or not that talkative, but there was just no drama for me.
‘Some people like to talk up when there’s loads of people in the room to be the loudest. I’m not going to compete with someone and speak the loudest. I’m just chill.’
Love Island: All Stars continues on Thursday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
