Snoop Dogg hit a McDonald’s drive-thru after performing at President-elect Donald Trump’s Crypto Ball over the weekend.
The “Gin & Juice” legend took the stage at the inaugural gala on Friday night, and we hear he later showed up to Washington, DC, nightclub Heist to party after feasting on Mickey D’s.
A source told Page Six that the famous weed-loving hip hop artist apparently had “the munchies,” and made a pit stop at the fast food drive-thru before hitting the club.
By the time he arrived at Heist, the grub was apparently all gone!
The rapper and frequent Martha Stewart collaborator arrived with an entourage, “and walked in with bags of McDonald’s they had just crushed in the car,” a spy told Page Six.
We’re told Snoop rolled up to the club with a crew off about 15 friends and family, including his son Cordell Broadus, (who also goes by aka “Champ Medici”).
“Everyone went crazy when they saw [Snoop] walk in. They were shouting his name and asking for pictures,” the source told us.
Snoop performed earlier in the night at Andrew Mellon Auditorium — where he appeared onstage solo and even DJ’d his own set.
The performance got online backlash after Snoop was called out by liberal fans for flip-flopping on Trump.
The “Doggfather” was reportedly filmed pointing a toy gun at a Trump impersonator in a 2017 music video for the song “Lavender,” and he also criticized artists who’d potentially perform at the 2017 inauguration: The rapper even threatened to “roast the f—k” out of any “Uncle Tom” who performed for Trump’s inauguration in a video posted to his Instagram on Jan. 10, 2017, Fox News reported.
Former CNN anchor Don Lemon covered the performance on his YouTube show, “Lemon LIVE at 5,” and reportedly commented on whether Snoop and other hip hop artists are “sellouts [or] grifters who only care about a dollar?”
But Elon Musk posted of Snoop’s performance on his platform X: “The vibe shift is real.”
Snoop has yet to specifically respond to the backlash.
But on Sunday, he reposted a clip of the late Charlie Murphy dancing in a Dave Chappelle skit with a caption that read: “Imagine you hating on me and I’m just there like.”
