Dina Broadhurst and her ex-boyfriend Max Shepherd have pulled the $11.5million Sydney home they own from the market.
The former couple went their separate ways in June 2023 and put their sprawling three-bedroom Darling Point apartment up for sale in November.
The exes then sent tongues wagging when they reunited to sunbathe at Kutti Beach, where Dina went topless, while working together to find a buyer for the property.
Dina told Daily Mail Australia that she pulled the lavish eastern suburbs property from the market two months ago because she’s still deciding whether she wants to keep it.
‘The property has been pulled for a few months as I am considering retaining the property for myself,’ she said, after The Daily Telegraph reported the 48-year-old might have been struggling to find a buyer.
‘I’m doing a trial living here over the summer,’ Dina said, ‘until I work out if I will keep it or buy overseas next year instead.’
On Saturday night, Dina took her bedroom and lounge in a beige corset and low-rise jeans to stage an at home photoshoot showing off the impeccably styled home.

The ‘nude artist’ said she’d spent her Saturday afternoon in discussions with the newspaper about the ‘false information’ published, ‘as it’s very damaging to the value of the apartment with what they have written to be untrue.’
‘The property has had ample interest and a decision will be made shortly as to whether we proceed with the sale or not,’ she told Daily Mail.
The post she made to Instagram, featuring more than a dozen of her own photos of the eastern suburbs property, quickly did the rounds on social media with Dina’s 368,000 followers asking her to drop the names of her dining table and chairs, her living room sculpture, and the marble in her kitchen (‘arabescato’).
The newly-renovated pad has been pulled from the market just two months after being listed, and one month before it was set to go to auction.
The agents – JT Allen’s Josh Allen and Ryan Rubinstein, and Highland Double Bay Malouf’s David Malouf – will relaunch the listing in three weeks’ time, if Dina decides to move.
It is unknown whether the price tag will remain the same, but insiders believe it could drop down from $11.5million.
The now-deleted online listing stated: ‘This newly recreated residence impresses with its house-like scale and bespoke interiors with 280sqm of indoor-outdoor living space flowing to a sunlit garden with beautiful water views across Double Bay to Redleaf Pool and Seven Shillings Beach.

It was so sweltering hot that afternoon that Dina whipped off her red bikini top, leaving almost nothing to the imagination in a pair of tie-side bottoms.
When approached about their unexpected reunion, Dina and Max both said they remain good friends and were working together to sell their property.
Dina told Daily Mail Australia: ‘We are great friends and business partners,’ while Max added: ‘We are just friends and currently selling a property together.’
Max and Dina, who share a 15-year age gap, called time on their relationship in June 2023, having first got together in 2018.

Max often jets over to the United States to spend time with his girlfriend, but has been back in Australia in recent months while trying to offload his Sydney property.
American actress Vail, also known for her role on The Young and the Restless, has two sons Jack, four, and Charlie, five, from a previous relationship.
Meanwhile, Dina moved on with multimillionaire refrigerator heir John Winning Jr. at the start of 2024, after the pair had known each other for some time.
