Britney Spears’ mugshot will not be released after she was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence earlier this month.

The “Toxic” singer’s booking photo doesn’t meet the mandatory requirements for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office to make it public, an official told TMZ Tuesday.

According to the outlet, the department only releases mugshots for violent crimes or when a suspect is a public threat, which Spears is not.

A rep for the sheriff’s office wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

The Princess of Pop, 44, was arrested for DUI while driving in Ventura County, Calif., around 9:30 p.m. local time on March 4.

Spears was allegedly driving her BMW on the freeway at an “erratically at a high rate of speed” when California Highway Patrol officers pulled her over.

She was booked at 3:02 a.m. and released about three hours later.

Officers told Page Six that the Grammy winner was believed to be under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.

Spears underwent multiple field sobriety tests, and her chemical test results have yet to be released.

Her arraignment date is scheduled for May 4.

The “Gimme More” singer’s manager told Page Six that her arrest was “unfortunate” and “completely inexcusable.”

“Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life,” Cade Hudson said.

“Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time,” he continued.

An insider told Page Six that Spears was “crying and very tearful” during her arrest and didn’t “want to let anyone down, including her fans.”

TMZ reported that the hitmaker had a “positive” and “hopeful” talk with her mom, Lynne Spears, and her sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19, after her release, though we’re told she’s “on edge” about the possibility of her father, Jamie, coming back into her life.
