Brooklyn Beckham’s first “special” wedding dance with wife Nicola Peltz descended into chaos when the bride ran off in tears — as his mom Victoria Beckham “nuzzled” into her son’s neck on the dance floor at their reception, sources told Page Six.
On Monday, the hot-sauce entrepreneur, 26, wrote in a bombshell Instagram post how Victoria, 51, “hijacked” his “first dance” with his wife, adding, “she danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone.”
We are now told that this was not the couple’s very first dance, but happened after they, their family and other guests had already been dancing for a while — when singer Marc Anthony took the stage to perform.
Anthony was apparently supposed to introduce the couple, who would then dance on a specially built stage.
“It was meant to be the big romantic first dance,” said a second wedding insider. “It was pre-determined specifically for Nicola and Brooklyn.”
Instead, Anthony, a longtime pal of the Beckham family, called Brooklyn up to dance with “the most beautiful woman in the room” — not the new bride, but Victoria.
The first guest told Page Six that Victoria “got up on stage and wrapped her arms around Brooklyn” and “nuzzled into his neck.
“She was dancing with him very inappropriately. She took that moment from Nicola, that is the god’s truth.”
The guest added that, “Nicola ran out crying. The Beckhams’ side of the room was cheering and the Peltz side was quiet.
“Nicola’s friends were saying ‘You have to go back down.’ Her face was swollen. She finally came down and was sad the entire evening, it was so heartbreaking.”
Brooklyn wrote in his statement that he had “never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.”
Brooklyn tied the knot with billionaire heiress Nicola, 31, at the Palm Beach estate of her parents, Nelson and Claudia Peltz, in April 2022. We’re told the Peltzes specially built a stage for Anthony, who performed his hit “You Sang To Me,” and that they paid his band.
But other sources claimed there was no “hijack” of the couple’s first dance, telling Page Six that Nicola and Brooklyn had already danced together and that Nicola had danced with her father.
David Beckham soon joined his wife, Victoria, and son Brooklyn, onstage, as did daughter Harper.
“It was a family dance, basically,” said the wedding insider, who denied there was anything “inappropriate” about Victoria’s behavior.

Brooklyn also wrote in his statement how his mom, who has her own fashion line, “cancelled making Nicola’s dress in the eleventh hour … forcing her to urgently find a new dress.”
Nicola and her mom and stylist Leslie Fremar instead traveled to Rome to have a gown made by Pierpaolo Piccioli, Valentino’s former head designer.
Contradicting Brooklyn’s claims, Fremar previously told Vogue Nicola’s wedding gown was a year in the making and included two fittings in the US.
We are told that, upon learning this, Victoria asked, “Should I wear Valentino, too?” — before ultimately choosing a design from her own line.
Quizzed about why her mother-in-law didn’t make her gown, Nicola told the Sunday Times in October 2022: “It’s not a feud! I keep seeing everywhere that word, ‘feud, feud, feud.’ I don’t know why they say feud. I mean, maybe they picked up on something? And now they’re labelling it feud? No family is perfect!”
Brooklyn, wrote in his statement that his and Nicola’s wedding left them so distraught they said “I do” in a small, private ceremony — not attended by his family — last August at one of the Peltz family’s estates in Westchester County, NY. Nicola wore her mom Claudia’s old wedding gown.
“We wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment,” Brooklyn wrote on Instagram.
