Victoria Beckham and David Beckham have a big brood, welcoming four children since they started dating in 1997 — and later becoming estranged from their eldest.
The fashion designer and the retired professional soccer player became parents in 1999, the same year as their wedding, when son Brooklyn arrived.
The couple went on to welcome sons Romeo and Cruz as well as daughter Harper in 2002, 2005 and 2011, respectively.
In a 2022 “Armchair Expert” podcast interview, Victoria joked that since “four is a lot of kids,” raising them has been “less about parenting and more about crowd control.”
The former Spice Girls member gushed that her three boys are “amazing” big brothers to their younger sister.
That same year, rumors swirled of Victoria’s strained relationship with Brooklyn and wife Nicola Peltz, which Brooklyn confirmed in a bombshell statement in January 2026.

Brooklyn Joseph Peltz Beckham
Victoria found out that she was pregnant with her first child while touring with the Spice Girls in America in 1998.
“I was in a catsuit that was expanding by the day,” she told Dax Shepard in 2022. “I had a wig on to try and get the humidity under control. And I had a bucket on the side of the stage that I was throwing up in constantly.”
The “Wannabe” singer gave birth to Brooklyn in London in March 1999.
Instead of following David’s athletic footsteps, Brooklyn has pursued interests in cooking, modeling and fashion photography over the years.
He published “What I See” in 2017, the same year he attended Parson’s School of Design for a year. He launched “Cookin’ With Brooklyn” in 2021.
Brooklyn has had many high-profile relationships over the years, dating Chloë Grace Moretz, Rita Ora, Lottie Moss, Madison Beer and more stars. He married actress Nicola Peltz in April 2022.
In January 2026, he accused Victoria and David of “endlessly to ruin [his] relationship” with Peltz — and sabotaging their wedding.
He denied rumors that the actress “controls” him via Instagram Stories, calling this a “backwards” narrative.
“I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life,” Brooklyn wrote at the time. “I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. Romeo James Beckham
In September 2002, Brooklyn became a big brother when Romeo arrived.
While Victoria and David’s second son has modeled, covering L’Uomo Vogue and posing for Burberry Kids, he is best known as an athlete.
Romeo joined the Arsenal Football Club Academy for youths in 2014 — but turned to tennis when he was released from the team.
However, the footballer was ready to rejoin the sport in 2020, so David turned the tennis court at their house into a soccer field.
Romeo began playing for Inter Miami II, the reserve affiliate for the team his dad co-owns, in 2021, followed by a spot on Brentford B in 2022.
Off the field, he began dating model Mia Regan in 2019. After briefly splitting in 2022, the duo reconciled later that same year.
While Romeo stayed silent on the Beckham’s family feud, he did pointedly leave Brooklyn out of his 2025 Instagram roundup.
Cruz David Beckham
Victoria gave birth to son Cruz in February 2005.
Unlike Romeo, Cruz has followed in his mom’s musical career path since releasing his first song in 2016 at age 11. The teen, who plays the guitar, mandolin and piano, often teases new music on social media.
Cruz made headlines in 2023 for honoring Victoria’s Spice Girls days with a “Posh” tattoo on his arm.
He was vocal about Brooklyn’s estrangement from David and Victoria in 2025, starting with scathing social media messages about someone who is a “fraud” and a “d–k now.”

David and Victoria’s youngest child, daughter Harper, joined the family in July 2011.
The couple keep their little one off social media but do post pictures of her on their own accounts, with Victoria telling Vogue Australia she is concerned about how “cruel” people can be to preteen girls.
“She’s at that age where her body is going to start changing, but it’s about making sure that we communicate a lot as a family and she surrounds herself with nice friends,” she said in the 2022 interview. “But it is quite terrifying, I can’t lie.”
