James Packer has married fiancée Kylie Lim in a secret Italian wedding.
The billionaire businessman, 58, who is twice-divorced, is thought to have tied the knot with Lim on the north-east coast of Sardinia this week.
A spokesperson confirmed the news to News.com.au on Thursday.
The nuptials took place just a few days after his niece Francesca Packer and her husband Robert Bates hosted their own wedding celebrations in Mallorca, Spain.
Since leaving Spanish waters at the weekend, Packer’s superyacht IJE has been moored off Sardinia’s Costa Smerelda region between Porto Cervo and the isle of Soffi.
It is believed to be Lim’s first marriage, while Packer has been married twice.

The happy couple are said to have been so eager to wed, they immediately began making plans to host a ceremony during Packer’s annual Mediterranean retreat.
Packer and Lim confirmed their engagement in March, following reports the New York socialite had been seen wearing a diamond ring while running errands in Aspen, Colorado.
‘We are very happy to be engaged and looking forward to the future,’ Packer told news.com.au from Los Angeles.
The couple were together for almost three years from late 2017 to 2020 before rekindling their romance last year.
Packer was previously engaged to former Aussie models Kate Fischer, Meares and Erica Baxter, along with US pop star Mariah Carey.
He later married Meares and Baxter, with whom he had three children.
It is understood Packer and Lim started dating after being introduced by mutual friends in Aspen, where he also co-owns a home with Baxter.
The couple fuelled engagement rumours in 2019 when Lim was seen wearing a diamond-encrusted sparkler on her wedding finger during a loved-up holiday on his superyacht in Capri, Italy.
In 2020, the couple travelled to Sydney to inspect Packer’s $2.4billion Crown Barangaroo casino development being constructed at the time.
Packer previously credited Lim with helping him through a dark period of his life following his messy split with Carey in 2016 and battle with substance abuse.

He also spent time in a Boston mental health facility for bipolar disorder and depression.
The billionaire confessed he had been in a ‘bad, bad way’.
‘Kylie has been a wonderful influence on my life. I love her very much,’ he said during a rare interview in 2019.
In his 2018 biography, The Price of Fortune: The Untold Story of Being James Packer, he told author Damon Kitney: ‘Kylie is a good person, a really good partner, and we are taking things slowly, one day at a time. I’m lucky she’s in my life.’
Kitney also described Ms Lim as the ‘one constant presence’ in Packer’s life during a difficult period and said she played a key role in helping the billionaire rebuild his life.
Packer and Lim’s secret wedding comes just a week after they attended the three-day wedding celebrations of Francesca, 31, and Robert last weekend.

The happy couple, who legally married in Australia in May, celebrated their nuptials at the stunning La Fortaleza estate on the Spanish island with a three-day event.

They exchanged vows during an evening service at the 17th-century fortress overlooking the Bay of Pollença, with family and close friends in attendance on Friday.
The billionaire heiress broke with tradition and wore a blue couture gown with a silvery sheen, cathedral-length veil and sweeping train.
She carried a bouquet of white flowers that contrasted against the off-the-shoulder cut dress.
Her husband wore a cream dinner jacket, standing out from the groomsmen who wore tailored teal dinner jackets that complemented the bridal party’s colour palette.
The bridesmaids wore mismatched satin gowns in shades of teal, turquoise and sapphire blue inspired by the Mediterranean Sea.
Francesca and Robert exchanged vows on a grand stone terrace framed by centuries-old columns, with the Mediterranean as their backdrop.
