Zoe Kravitz has undergone a complete image reinvention since the actress first stepped into the Hollywood in 2007 with her movie debut, No Reservations.
The stunning daughter of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet, 37, recently told British Vogue, that she wants to ‘work on elevating or evolving her inner self’, rather than being pre-occupied with her outward appearance.
She said: ‘If I spend all this time now mad that I don’t look the way I want to look, it’s like you’re wasting it. I think that I’m hyper-aware of the fact that I’m going to die one day.’
Zoe – who is engaged to British singer Harry Styles – didn’t address whether or not has had any cosmetic tweaks, but said: ‘Whether you get Botox or not, you’re going to age.
‘You’re going to look different in some way. If you don’t do the work internally to prepare yourself for the fact that life is going to happen to you, then that’s going to be the hardest part.’

Despite Zoe getting philosophical about aging, there has been much speculation about her altering features in recent years as side by side photographs reveal a stark difference in her appearance.
While she initially appeared to have much more rounded facial features early in her acting career, she now has a more angular look.
Zoe’s old photographs recently went viral on Reddit and fans admitted they were shocked by her appearance back then compared to now.
Netizens debated whether these changes were due to the natural ageing process, weight loss or whether she had undergone surgical procedures.
One user who was stunned by the difference penned, ‘I can’t figure it out either, but she definitely looks different. Has she lost weight?’
Another said: ‘She does look extremely thin, so it could be majority weight loss and facial implants.’
Experts have predicted that while Zoe’s changing looks maybe be down to cosmetic surgery, she may also just have ageing well and good genetics to thank.
Dr Ross Perry Medical Director of Cosmedics skin clinics, told the Daily Mail: ‘Zoe Kravitz face does appear to look more sculpted, particularly through the mid-face and jawline. While some have speculated about buccal fat removal or chin augmentation, these changes could also be influenced by natural ageing, weight loss, makeup techniques, lighting and facial contouring.
‘However, her cheeks do appear to look leaner and more defined than in earlier years, which is why buccal fat removal may well have been done. That said, we naturally lose facial fat as we age, particularly in our thirties, and someone with an already slim face can develop a much sharper appearance without any surgical intervention
‘Zoe’s chin and jawline appear more angular in more recent photographs, and this could be a result of an implant or fillers, which can create greater projection and definition.

‘I would suggest Zoe has had small amounts of Botox, as her forehead does look super smooth and I’d expect more in the way of fine lines for someone her age, especially around the eyes.
‘That said, Zoe has incredible genetics and will age very well, as seen on her parents who look far younger than their years.’
Using his Golden Radio principles, Dr Julian De Silva, Facial Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon, accessed whether her face is now ‘better proportion’.
He said: ‘Zoe has one of the most naturally striking faces in Hollywood, and what’s interesting when you compare photographs over the years, is how her features have become more defined rather than dramatically different.
‘In my practice, I use Golden Ratio principles to assess exactly this kind of change, whether an adjustment is bringing a face into better proportion or pulling it out of balance. On Zoë, everything reads as the former.
‘If she has had any work, it has been executed with real restraint. The hallmark of excellent cosmetic surgery is that it enhances what’s already there rather than creating something new.
‘Mid Face: There does appear to be a reduction in the fullness of her mid cheek area over time, which is consistent with buccal fat removal, a procedure that has become increasingly popular but which requires very careful patient selection.
‘It’s also worth saying that many women naturally lose facial fat volume through their thirties, and some feel their face actually looks more defined and sculpted as a result, so this could simply be a natural evolution rather than anything surgical.
‘On someone with Zoe’s naturally high cheekbones and slender face, the result looks elegant either way. The risk with buccal fat removal in the wrong candidate is that it can look hollow or aged in later years, but her facial proportions appear well balanced.
‘Jawline & Chin: Her jawline appears more defined in recent years, with a stronger chin projection that creates better balance with her facial thirds. This could be achieved surgically with a chin implant, or non-surgically with filler; both are very commonly requested procedures.
‘A well placed chin implant or well injected filler brings the lower face into harmony with the upper face, and that balance is very much in keeping with principles of facial proportion.
‘Upper Face: Her upper eyelids in recent photographs also appear more open than in earlier photographs, which can happen with a conservative brow lift or upper blepharoplasty, both procedures lift the eyelid margin and reveal more of the lid. Her forehead and brow area appear very smooth too, with a softness to her expression lines that would be consistent with regular, conservative Botox treatment.
‘Her brows appear slightly lifted compared to earlier photographs, which is a classic effect of well placed Botox in the forehead and glabellar area. This would work well alongside any eyelid change to open up the whole upper face. There is no sign of the frozen or over treated look that gives Botox a bad reputation.
‘What Zoë Kravitz demonstrates is what the best cosmetic work looks like. She looks well rested and beautiful, rather than immediately making one wonder what surgery she might have had. That subtlety is the goal, and it’s exactly what I aim for with every patient, using my Golden Ratio analysis: proportion first, so the result never announces itself. It is harder to achieve than it looks.’
While Zoe has largely never commented publicly about any work she may or may not have had done, she did once clap back at a fan who accused her of having lip filler.
After she posted a photo on February 26 in 2020, Zoe received a comment from a fan who asked what she had done to her ‘beautiful natural lips’.
Zoë captioned the selfie: ‘pre @ysl show vibes @yslbeauty Rouge Pur Couture Slim Sheer Matte 102 + Natural Pink and Volupte Liquid Balm 1 ,’ sharing details of the makeup products she used.
But one skeptical critic, said: ‘Babe, what have u done to your beautiful natural lips??’
Setting the record straight, Zoe wrote: ‘Um. put some lip gloss on them…’
Zoe clapped back once and for all with another response: ‘these are my lips. all pure,’ she wrote, ‘the equivalent as they always been.’
