Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow flaunted the fruits of her labour on Wednesday as she showed off her very taut abs.
The social media personality, 30, took to Instagram with a video as she lifted her white T-shirt and pulled her sweatpants down low on her hips.
Striking a pose, she tensed her abdominals and showed off her very slim waist as she twisted her torso to get all the angles.
Tammy went completely makeup free in the clip as she admired her own body while spruiking the latest challenge on her fitness app.
‘Current shape from our last eight week challenge,’ she captioned the video of her figure.
It comes after the fitness guru was spotted living it up while on vacation in the UK.

Despite the country being known for its inclement weather, the influencer wasn’t afraid to flaunt her buxom form last week.
Tammy took to her Instagram story on Thursday to share a short clip which showed her seductively posing next to an indoor pool.
She wore a barely-there black bikini as she flaunted her pert derrière and slowly walked to the water’s edge.
She then turned seductively back to the camera offering a hint of side boob in the revealing swimwear.
‘This and no service,’ she simply captioned the clip.
Another post featured a series of images which showed a suitably rugged-up Tammy posing outdoors amid the grounds of a tranquil English country estate.
With the weather looking chilly, Tammy ditched the racy bikini for a more suitable light grey jumper.
She tucked the top into a pair of white jeans and finished the look with a thin brown leather belt.

The blonde beauty accessorised with a warming cup of coffee she held close to her lips as she posed.
Another image in the series showed Tammy in what appeared to be the local village, getting up close and personal with a pair of cheeky alpacas.
‘I’ve fallen in love with the English countryside,’ she captioned the photos.
Tammy revealed in October she had undergone a breast implant revision procedure as she documented her recovery.
The revision surgery involves replacing old breast implants with new ones and can resolve issues which developed from surgical problems or natural body changes.
Tammy underwent a mystery surgery at the end of July and later confirmed it was to get her eight-year-old breast implants removed and replaced.
In a video, the blonde beauty explained she decided to get them replaced because she felt ‘insecure’ with how they looked after they moved due to her gym exercises.
‘It’s kind of been a little insecurity of mine for a while, just like how they sat and they just weren’t doing what I wanted them to do,’ she explained.
Watchdog account Influencer Updates AU later claimed of her surgery: ‘She went bigger to avoid having a lift as that would have meant more scars.
‘She got [the surgery] done at One Cosmetic in Sydney. She currently has lots of swelling and bloating from the anaesthetic.’
