Sydney Sweeney knows how to take the red carpet to date night.

The actress told Us Weekly about the inspiration behind her Syrn lingerie brand and the one staple she adapted for fans to wear in the bedroom or out to dinner.

“I could not find a top that made me feel hot without being too much,” she said, adding that the brand’s black corset ($269) is her date night go-to. “But this is perfect. You can tie it as tight as you want, so you can make ‘em pop as much as you want!”

As for the inspo? “I was inspired by this corset a designer made me,” the “Euphoria” actress explains. “I wanted to bring it into a commercial piece because I hadn’t seen anyone make commercial pieces of the types of corsets I wear on carpets.”

The American Eagle ambassador said, “That’s why I made it, because I don’t like to get too dressed up; I’m more of a jeans girl.”

The 28-year-old is no stranger to a corset. In fact, it’s one of her most-often worn silhouettes on the red carpet.

Her Marilyn Monroe-inspired gown back in December featured a fully corseted waist, as did her sparkling gown at the “Housemaid” premiere in NYC a few weeks prior.

The star chose a vintage velvet corseted dress at the GQ Men of the Year party in November, and who could forget her waist-whittling Britney Spears look from her birthday this past fall.

In fact, she’s even worn an optical illusion version of a corset with nothing more than exposed boning covering her waistline.

Sweeney also chatted about the brand’s inception, explaining that her sixth grade, 32DD chest was her driving force. “I never felt confident,” she said.

“Euphoria” helped her come out of her shell, so-to-speak, and she credits her experience on the show with her realization that “it’s actually powerful to be confident; our bodies are incredible,” continuing, “We should embrace [them] and feel really good in our skin.”

With four different capsule collections to choose from, Syrn offers a little something for everyone. “That’s kind of why I wanted to build all these different worlds,” she said. “So [fans] could honestly choose what they wanted to be [at] the start of the day or the end of the day.”
