Killer transformation.

Sarah Paulson dramatically changed her look to play infamous serial killer Aileen Wuornos in Season 4 of Ryan Murphy’s “Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story.”

In the full trailer for the Netflix series, which dropped Thursday, the actress transformed into Wuornos’ weathered appearance with shaved eyebrows, straggly dirty blond hair, pale skin and rotted teeth.

“No one really knows what happened that day,” a voice says at the end of the trailer, as Paulson’s character interjects: “Oh, I f–ing know what happened.”

The horror series will mainly focus on Lizzie Borden (Ella Beaty), the notorious accused ax murderer who was widely suspected of killing her parents in 1892 but was never convicted.

But Paulson’s Wuornos will appear in scenes that take place decades later, as she’s depicted as being inspired by Borden’s story.

According to Netflix, Paulson’s character plays a “crucial part in the thematic focus” of the latest “Monster” chapter.

Wuornos was convicted of six murders committed between 1989 and 1990 along a central Florida highway and was also suspected of a seventh killing.

Dubbed the “Damsel of Death,” Wuornos was a homeless sex worker at the time of the murders.

She died by lethal injection on Oct. 9, 2002. She was 46 years old.

Wuornos has been the subject of several films and documentaries over the years, most notably in the Oscar-winning 2003 film, also titled “Monster.”

In the movie, Charlize Theron also made a drastic transformation to play the serial killer, including a 30-pound weight gain and dentures.

Series co-creator Ian Brennan called it “an unexpected breath of fresh air when Aileen shows up” in the new iteration of Netflix’s “Monster.”

“Sarah Paulson’s good in a production of reading the phone book,” he said. “But she really is something else in this show.”

“Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story” will be available to stream on Netflix on Sept. 17
