You don’t need a Park Avenue budget for a star-worthy glow.
“Sex and the City” icon Sarah Jessica Parker rarely makes endorsements, so when she does — I’m all ears. As was the case when she partnered with RoC skincare, which she has done a couple of times since 2022.
One of the kits she curated for the French drugstore brand included the Revive + Glow Brightening Serum, which I scooped up earlier this year. Since then, it’s become a staple in my routine. (I knew SJP would not steer me wrong!)
So when I noticed the newly re-packaged glow-maker is on sale for almost 20% off today, in my cart it went. It’s time for a restock!
Made with 10% vitamin C, the easily-absorbed formula also has brightening nonapeptide and antioxidants that firm and add a lovely luminosity to my skin. (And it’s easy enough on the wallet, so I don’t hesitate to slather on down to my neck and décolleté.)
While applying, it has an enjoyable light citrusy scent that dissipates quickly. The texture’s a lightweight gel, and it absorbs fast too. I pair it with the brand’s Revive + Glow Vitamin C Sunscreen, which is a moisturizer and sunblock in one, especially wonderful for lazy days when I don’t feel like doing much.
Parker and I aren’t alone, “RHONY” legend Bethenny Frankel has also raved about the serum, admitting that she’s “obsessed.”
Another favorite of the “Just B” podcast host and mine? The Retinol Line Smoothing Night Serum Capsules which are a perfect nighttime complement to the vitamin C serum (and also on sale!).
While a fan favorite for its gentle retinol and travel-ready, capsule packaging, the lightweight formula gives softer, smoother skin while promising to reduce wrinkles.
One of my favorite NYC docs, Jennifer Levine, M.D., told me a few months ago that it’s not just the retinol that makes this serum a winner. “This product has ingredients I’m a fan of, like ceramides and antioxidants that help protect and support the skin barrier,” she shared.
Score both for under $54, or pick one based on your skin goals — while you can shop them for less.
