Health and wellness was top of the agenda on Wednesday as Rita Ora sweated it out at a state-of-the-art London spa.
The singer stripped down to a mint green bikini while paying a visit to the Six Senses health and wellness hotel, located at The Whiteley in Notting Hill, where she enjoyed an innovative infrared sauna.
Taking full advantage of the luxury spa and its thirteen treatment rooms, which includes a 24-hour fitness studio, biohacking equipment and an alchemy bar, Rita also prepared her own bespoke ‘burnout’ tonic before throwing herself into a tailored workout.
Taking to Instagram, the singer, 35, showed off her abs while working out in a skintight gym vest and shorts.
The gym session comes after Rita decided to skip the prestigious Met Gala in May, having previously attended the fashion event of the year on ten separate occasions.
The singer is typically a stalwart at the biggest night in fashion, but instead shared a recent highlights reel to her Instagram Story.
Rita’s notable absence from the gala comes amid a growing backlash against the event, with protests reaching fever pitch hours ahead of the kick off time.

Fury grew over the involvement of Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos, 62, and his wife Lauren Sanchez, 56, who bankrolled much of the event.
Over the years Rita has showcased some incredible looks on the red carpet and had been deemed a big supporter of the event.
However, fans were left disappointed by her skipping the soiree last night after also missing the gala in 2025.
Rather than attending, she posed for a series of sizzling thirst traps, sporting an array of skimpy bikinis, which showcased her incredible figure.
One included a metallic green two-piece, which she teamed with a checked cap in a photo taken on her phone in front of a floral backdrop.
Rita also took a photo in a bathroom which she shared, wearing a black knit bikini with a bandeau style top and brief bottoms.
Also included in her new post was a picture of her husband Taika Waititi, taken from behind as he walked ahead of her.
Rita recently revealed how she is preparing her body for menopause after freezing her eggs in her twenties.
The singer explained how she had the time of her life in her twenties when her career soared, and she was ‘enjoying every second’.
But when she turned 30 five years ago, she noticed major shifts in how she was feeling physically, leading to a complete overhaul of her fitness regime and the mindset that she should ‘treat my body like I’m a kind of athlete.’

She told Women’s Health UK: ‘I don’t want people to get confused with [my health journey] being about me being obsessed with my physical appearance, because I think sometimes that line gets very blurred. It’s all to do with how I feel.’
As well as taking up weight training, the chart-topper has educated herself on menopause after watching her mother go through breast cancer treatment, which stimulated menopause at an early age.
‘I’m trying to get ahead of it and learn about it,’ she explained, adding: ‘I learned a lot from Davina [McCall] while working with her on The Masked Singer.’
Rita, who is stepmother to her 50-year-old husband Taika Waititi’s daughters, also feels secure with her fertility health after freezing her eggs twice, once aged 24 and again aged 27.
‘[Back then] a doctor told me it was a really good time to preserve the best quality [eggs],’ she said.
‘It was actually the best advice, because now I’m in my mid-thirties and I have a lot of friends really trying to figure it out. It will just be more of an expansion when the time comes.
‘Davina is always like, “Hurry up – you can do it!”‘
