The pregnant actress bared her belly on the red carpet in a Prabal Gurung high-low halter and low-rise jeans.
The blue top, which was lined with red fabric, cascaded to the floor in the back — with the cape offset by a cropped front.
Hathaway completed her daring maternity look with a red lip and matching heels.
Social media users raved over the “glowing” 43-year-old’s ensemble, with one Instagram user gushing, “Just because a woman is pregnant she doesn’t have to be confined to certain outfits to please other people’s perception or taste. Loving this unique styling.”
