Paulina Porizkova is being forced out of her New York City apartment by the end of June – just four days before her scheduled wedding to her ‘beautiful bald’ fiancé Jeff Greenstein in Italy.

‘We’re kind of getting evicted because my landlord did not want to, no matter how great of a tenant I was for six years, he didn’t really want to give us an extension on the lease,’ the Czech-born 61-year-old said on her podcast Twenty Good Summers on Tuesday.

‘Even though I begged and pleaded.’

Porizkova (born Pavlína Pořízková) called the unexpected transition ‘incredibly stressful’ as it ‘undermines’ any joy she should be feeling over marrying the 62-year-old Emmy-winning producer after a three-year courtship.

The silver-haired model-writer originally moved into the Big Apple residence in January 2021 after spending the early part of the COVID-19 pandemic living in an Upstate New York home she co-owns with her adult sons John and Oliver.

Porizkova still feels traumatized over having to sell the $10 million Gramercy Park townhouse she lived in for decades with her late husband Ric Ocasek, whose dead body was discovered there in 2019 at age 75.

The self-described city girl’s 27-year marriage to The Cars frontman imploded in 2017, he brutally cut her from his will and she settled with his estate in 2021 – receiving a third of his fortune under New York state law.

Greenstein noted that he ‘made this big sacrifice’ to leave his own home after 38 years of living in Los Angeles, California to move in with Porizkova four months after they first met in February 2023.

‘Emotionally, this is just a way in which we’re not in sync. I feel like I made this big sacrifice and this big gesture. And what a move!’ the I Dream of Cameras podcaster said.

‘But for you, it’s like, “Well, for now.”‘

The Estée Lauder brand ambassador scoffed: ‘Well, not even that. I don’t feel like you’ve done any sacrificing or any big gestures. I think when you sell your house in LA, you will be equal to my predicament.’

The ‘privileged’ third-act couple plan on temporarily living at her Upstate home or his LA home until they can finally find a new apartment in New York City.

Porizkova and Greenstein – who first connected on the dating app Raya – finally finished the necessary paperwork to get hitched in Italy the first week of July after applying ‘seven months’ ago.

Greenstein – who fathered an adult son from his prior 25-year marriage – hasn’t had an IMDb-credited gig since 2024 when he served as a consulting producer and director for NBC sitcom Extended Family starring Jon Cryer, which only lasted one season.

The 6ft 7in Georgia native previously worked on NBC’s Friends, NBC’s Will & Grace, ABC’s Desperate Housewives and NBC’s Parenthood.

Porizkova will next portray the character Zuzana in Madeleine Rotzler’s AI dramedy O Horizon – hitting US theaters June 12 – alongside Maria Bakalova, David Strathairn, Adam Pally, Maggie Grace.
