December 14 marks the 100th birth anniversary of legendary star Raj Kapoor. His contribution to cinema is still celebrated and cherished. An event was held to celebrate his prolific legacy. The event witnessed the full Kapoor family in attendance. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Neetu Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and more were at the event. Saif Ali Khan, Aadar Jain, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Navya Naveli Nanda and more were also present. Many pictures went viral too. With the family coming together, Neetu Kapoor missed late Rishi Kapoor.

Taking to her Insta stories, Neetu Kapoor shared an emotional post remembering late Rishi Kapoor. She shared a picture of Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and herself from Raj Kapoor Film Festival held in Mumbai. It was a picture taken at the red carpet of the event. In the caption she wrote ‘Missed you Kapoor Saab’. That’s how she used to address Rishi Kapoor. The post has gone viral. Neetu Kapoor wore a gorgeous silver suit for event, Alia Bhatt chose to wear a floral saree. Ranbir Kapoor was dressed in bandgala sherwani. Riddhima Kapoor Sahni was seen in a floral salwar suit.

Rishi Kapoor passed away on April 30, 2020. He died at the age of 67. It was amid the pandemic that Rishi Kapoor breathed his last at HN Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai.
At Raj Kapoor’s centenary celebration, many of Bollywood biggies marked their attendance.
