Miley Cyrus had a secret romance with fellow Disney Channel alum Dylan Sprouse back in the day.
The “Flowers” singer confirmed she dated the “Suite Life of Zack and Cody” actor during the “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special” that premiered on Disney+ on Monday.
“Dylan was my boyfriend,” Cyrus said. “I think he was the cutest.”
Acknowledging the rumors that the pair dated, Cyrus, 33, added, “It’s true, confirmed.”
She recalled that she fell for Dylan, also 33, when they, along with Dylan’s twin brother, Cole, were all on Disney Channel at the same time.
“Dylan was my crush,” Cyrus explained. “Their dad would take us to sushi. I was into the whole culture, and it was a two-for-one. Like, bring the brother. Hello!”
Cyrus starred on “Hannah Montana” from 2006 to 2011, while the Sprouse twins appeared on “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody” from 2005 to 2008 and then “The Suite Life on Deck” from 2008 to 2011.
In 2006, they co-starred on “That’s So Suite Life of Hannah Montana,” a three-part crossover special that combined their shows and “That’s So Raven.”
Dylan — who married model Barbara Palvin in July 2023 — previously addressed dating Cyrus on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in 2008.
“I was about 11 or 12 probably,” he said. “We met at her set, I believe, and we dated.”
Dylan jokingly added, “And then Nick Jonas walked by and it was over.”
Cyrus famously dated Jonas, also 33, from 2006 to 2007 before briefly reconnecting in 2009.
She’s believed to have written the songs “Before the Storm” and “7 Things” about their romance.
During an appearance on the “Every Single Album” podcast last year, Cyrus said her first split from Jonas left her “distraught” and “sobbing.”
However, Cyrus insisted that she doesn’t hold a grudge against the “Camp Rock” actor, who is now married to Priyanka Chopra, with whom he shares 4-year-old daughter Malti.
“We’re all moving on,” Cyrus said. “Everything is good in life.”
The “Wrecking Ball” singer is currently engaged to Maxx Morando.
Page Six broke the news of their engagement in December 2025 after Cyrus wore a show-stopping diamond ring to the “Avatar: Fire and Ash” premiere in Los Angeles.
The couple has been together since 2021.
