Maya Jama has splashed out £520,000 on a stunning cosy Cotswolds home to rent out as she added to her property empire.
The Love Island presenter, 31, purchased the Cotswolds cottage back in December 2025 through Penny Property Holdings, a company she set up in September.
The purchase of the three-bedroom home is reported on the land registry database of properties held by private companies.
Maya confessed in January that she owns multiple properties and this was one, which is based near Chipping Norton, is one of the latest to be added to her mega portfolio.
The ITV star previously revealed that she might be at the property ‘sometimes’, presumably to use as a holiday home or weekends away.
But while she is away, Maya is charging £374-a-night for guests to stay at the cottage and if you book two nights or more guests will be treated to a ‘locally sourced welcome basket’.

The property has been rated a four out of five by the online travel platform booking.com and airbnb scored an impressive 4.96 stars.
The countryside escape has three bedrooms, a fireplace, an al fresco dining area, a rustic-style kitchen, free parking and also offers free Wi-Fi and toiletries.
The Cotswolds has soon become a huge celebrity hotspot where David and Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss and Simon Cowell all having homes.
Revealing she had purchased the property last year in a Instagram Q&A, she said: ‘To answer my DMs right now lol I also bought a house in the Cotswolds last year so I’ll be there sometimes, maybe I need to do a lil catch up life update vid or something soon.’
Maya has had a busy year so far from presenting Love Island All Stars, filming the Celebrity Traitors and this week kicking of Love Island with a new bunch of single bombshells.
But in her personal life, the presenter has now broken her silence on her split from Ruben Dias as she said: ‘I’m an all or nothing girl… I will love loudly or not at all’.
The beauty called it quits on her relationship with the footballer after 18 months in April.
And the star publicly addressed the break up for the first time as she responded to a clip from the podcast Cocktails and Takeaways as they discussed her relationship.
She penned: ‘Truth is even when I tried to keep my relationships private we get photographed anyway, I’m an all or nothing girl, I don’t casually date, so yes I will love loudly or not at all and if it ends it ends, I decided a long time ago not to base personal life decisions on public opinions.’
The stunner later posted a picture showing her zipping around on a golf cart, while singing: ‘Something has changed within me’ on her Instagram stories.
The comment so far has racked up over 2,000 likes and the podcast replied to her, writing: ‘Love you for what you stand! Maya’.

Following their split, Ruben was accused of sending late night follow requests to a string of gorgeous influencers while still romantically involved with Maya.
However, the Manchester City star has since insisted he did not cheat and said Maya ‘deserves all the respect in the world’.
He wrote: ‘I feel that when my 85-year-old grandad is asking me if I’ve cheated on my girlfriend because he’s seen it repeatedly on the news, that’s where I draw the line on what’s acceptable and what’s not.
‘Maya and I have always had a relationship built on mutual respect. No line was ever crossed in that regard.
‘A lie told often enough can start to feel like the truth and for that reason I tell you that I didn’t cheat, nor did I ever have the intention or temptation to. I believe Maya deserves all the respect in the world.
‘The reasons why we broke up are private and belong to us and we’ve both dealt with it in a very mature way. I’ve always chosen to remain silent on these matters as my personal life is my business only.
‘But I also believe it’s wrong to lie to people and to portray an opposite image of someone just for clickbait.
‘Respect me, respect Maya, and understand that not always one has to betray the other in order for a relationship to end.’
The Portuguese centre-back, currently celebrating a domestic double with City after winning the League and FA Cup in manager Pep Guardiola’s final season, has since been accused of ‘toe-dipping’ on social media before breaking off the romance.
The trend – a more subtle alternative to direct messaging – typically involves one social media user following another in the hope of gauging interest. If there is no reciprocation, they promptly unfollow and move on.

It’s understood that Rúben used the technique in March – weeks before his relationship with Maya came to an end – after encountering attractive model and bridal designer Catarina Duraes online.
However, he unfollowed her little more than 24 hours later, when she failed to follow him back.
Months earlier, he employed the same tactic with Scottish brunette Claire in November 2025, although there is no suggestion the footballer was unfaithful while involved with Maya.
A source told The Sun: ‘It might just seem like a simple follow online but it’s the intention behind it, following someone to see if they follow back and interact, and always doing it late at night – it’s seedy.
‘It suggests he’s sat browsing Instagram and what happens if they do follow back or DM?’
