Liam Gallagher reportedly appeared in a New York court via video link last week amid his bitter legal battle with the mother of his love child
The Oasis frontman, 53, fathered 12-year-old Gemma, whom he has never met, during a brief fling with music journalist Liza Ghorbani in 2010.
Liam was forced to confront his daughter’s paternity after her mother filed a £2M lawsuit for child support in 2013.
Their latest court proceedings saw Liam accuse Liza of spending his money given to care for their daughter ‘inappropriately’, while she claimed he’d been ‘bad-mouthing’ her.
She is seeking to raise the yearly payments she receives from the singer for Gemma, who is autistic and has special educational needs.
Liza is asking Liam, whose recent Brit pop tour netted an estimated £350M, for £75,000 for yearly nanny fees, £22,500 a month for a home, and £5,000 for holidays.

He was thought to be paying around £3,000 a month, with New York’s Supreme Court hearing in June 2025 revealing that Liam had paid £750,000 since 2015 when a confidential settlement was reached.
Liza has also filed a fresh motional to scrutinise the star’s finances, including what he made from his recent tour according to The Sun.
Daily Mail have contacted Liam Gallagher’s representatives for comment.
Liam was previously fined for missing court hearings and publicly admitted that he hadn’t met his daughter, although he offered to help her if needed.
He has had a tumultuous love life that has resulted in four children from various relationships.
He shares daughter Molly, 27, following a brief fling with singer Lisa Moorish and son Lennon, 26, with ex-wife Patsy Kensit, as well as son Gene, 24, with ex-wife Nicole.
Liam is now engaged to his co-manager, Debbie Gwyther, 40, and appears to be enjoying a more settled relationship.
It comes after his former wife Patsy revealed she is selling diamond earrings Liam gifted her during their relationship.

Patsy married the Oasis frontman in 1997, but they split in 2000 just months after Lennon’s birth.
Patsy told how she has set a reserve price of £10,000 for the jewellery, saying she’s decided to sell the earrings so that they ‘go a good home.’
The former Emmerdale star has placed them with TV antiques expert Tom Keane for an auction at The Swan at Tetsworth, Oxon, next month.
She previously wore the earrings to an awards event in 1999.
She said: ‘Times are tough. There are a lot of actors and actresses like me that have to tighten their belts.’
Patsy went on to tell The Sun On Sunday: ‘I won’t be the first woman that will have sold jewellery that her ex gave her. I hope the earrings go to a good home.’
The actress recently shared that despite sharing a son with Liam, she hasn’t seen the singer for 26 years.

Appearing on Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Patsy was asked if she had attended any of the Oasis reunion shows.
She said: ‘No I watched the whole thing unfold and it was magical, those memories, and I haven’t seen Liam for 26 years.
‘But I’m so happy for Lennon because he’s gone to watch this cultural explosion. I couldn’t be happier for the band and all the people rediscovering them.’
