Lady Gaga has done it again.

Forever changing her look, the Grammy Award-winning singer is a pro when it comes to dressing the part, shape-shifting her in-stage persona with each new music era.

The singer shared some photos arriving at the Grammy Museum ahead of tonight’s Christmas Eve performance of “Lady Gaga in Harlequin Live: One Night Only.”

The soft and romantic look evokes ethereal, ghostly vibes, featuring a Vettesse corset gown with slightly puffed sleeves, an asymmetric bustled skirt, and a backless silhouette that reveals some of her tattoos.

She styled the dress with black knee-high boots, visible from her left side, with a shorter hemline that draped down her right.

Gaga wore little makeup aside from a bright peach lipstick.

Her bleached blond hair, parted on the side, fell down her shoulders in loose waves, matching the color of her dress. Accentuating her eyes, she chose to bleach her eyebrows the same nearly white hue.

Although Gaga is known for regularly experimenting with her hair, she was spotted in Paris just a month ago with jet black hair, so this stark contrast is certainly a new development in her look.

The 39-year-old performer is the December 2025 cover star of “Rolling Stone” Magazine, sharing with the publication that she filmed 2018’s “A Star Is Born” while on lithium.

To that, she added that she struggled following the conclusion of production, stating, “There was one day I went to the hospital for psychiatric care. I needed a break. I couldn’t do anything … I completely crashed. It was really scary.”

After the piece came out, Gaga shared some photos from the shoot on Instagram, writing a lengthy comment about her experience and the birth of her latest album, “Mayhem.”

“MAYHEM is my personal chaos—born of intuition and sometimes clear and other times utterly broken but always produced with a desire to embolden my own voice as a musician,” she wrote.

“I’ve spoken a lot about MAYHEM being a collection of gothic dreams, and in a way, Lady Gaga was my first one. She has always been an expression of my human reality,” continued Gaga.

During an interview with Stephen Colbert, the singer was asked, “What do you think of yourself as? Like, if somebody wakes you up, slaps you across the face in the middle of the night and says, ‘What’s your name?’”

“Stefani,” the singer says without missing a beat.

When asked if there is a difference between Stefani and Lady Gaga, she replied, “Well … yes. Yes, sort of, yes … I would say that I … Stefani is … is like, me, the artist, the creator. And Lady Gaga is my creation.”
