Kim Kardashian did her best to become a doting F1 WAG when she joined Lewis Hamilton at the Monaco Grand Prix, dutifully cheering him on and showering him with kisses.
Yet while the couple may have seemed keen to show off their relationship to the world, it’s been claimed that the romance may not be all as it seems.
In fact, body language expert Judi James has suggested there could be trouble in paradise for ‘Kamilton’, noting that the budding romance seems rather one-sided.
When Lewis finished second on Sunday, Kim was on hand to cheer him on as he accepted his trophy, with Judi noting Lewis’s sweet move of blowing Kim a kiss from the stadium before bounding over to embrace her as a ‘rom-com moment.’
Yet she noted that during their kiss it was Kim who added the romance.
Judi explained: ‘Lewis bent to kiss her on the side of the neck but she intensified or upgraded the signals of passion by pressing her face firmly next to his and pushing her head forward onto his shoulder wearing an expression of bliss.’
It was also noted that Kim’s ‘loving cling’ by holding onto Lewis’ shoulder turned what could have been a peck on the cheek into a moment of close affection.

Lewis’ decision to spray champagne over his girlfriend also came under scrutiny, suggesting he might not be ‘totally tuned into’ his partner.
‘For many women this might have been a red card moment,’ Judi explained. ‘Kim’s styling, her hair and her expensive designer dress would not have been worn to be soaked in sticky alcohol.
‘Most of her behaviour that day had been aimed at appearing untouchable and special as her flotilla made its way through the crowds and she was hustled away quickly here to dry off and restyle.
‘Soaking her like that might need some careful unpicking in terms of whether Lewis intended to show her who was boss or bring her down a peg or two.
‘Would he have enjoyed getting similarly soaked when he was in his purple arrival cloak and designer suit? Probably not.’
Taking a further look at their relationship, Judi continued: ‘The bigger cues and clues as to the core emotions of this relationship, which is clearly based on friendship, came with the more “private” moments between the couple later.’
Observing Daily Mail’s exclusive photographs of Kim and Lewis sharing a kiss on the racer’s yacht, Judi noted that Kim ‘again showed signals of dedication and ownership by clasping her arms around Lewis’s neck.
‘This was a smiling hug with his arms around her torso in a reciprocal gesture.’
She noted that the pair performed a ‘guppy kiss’ – described as ‘a sweet, cute signal of affection rather than a full-on, passionate snog.
‘It’s the kind of kiss couples do in public when they want to avoid shocking or looking too sexual.
‘The moment looked like an exchange of pride and affection but without anyone getting too carried away.’
Discussing their chemistry as a whole over the trip, Judi mused: ‘This power-pairing adds mutual levels of kudos to both their brands and it allows Kim to play “sweethearts” in a way that she never could with the sulky and complex Kanye West or the edgy bad boy that was Pete Davidson.
‘But the body language between Kim and Lewis does lack the simmering heat of both those exes and that might reflect in the way that Kanye has yet to declare his contempt, jealousy or even anger for Lewis in the way he did for ‘Skete’ (He couldn’t even bring himself to call Pete by his proper name).
‘Does he approve of Lewis or is he ignoring this as any “threat”?’

During Lewis and Kim’s PDA-packed trip, Lewis finally broke his silence on their relationship.
While accepting his second place trophy, he said: ‘It’s amazing to have her come this weekend and have her support. My friends [in general]. It was an incredible turnout overall.
‘I don’t know what else to say. It’s amazing to have good people around you and supporting you. And she does that for me every day.’
Lewis also wasn’t disheartened by the fact he has yet to win a race since joining Ferrari last year saying he felt ‘inspired to level up’ and that overall he was feeling ‘happy, grateful and thankful.’
British racer Lewis was first romantically linked to SKIMS founder Kim earlier this year, yet the Grand Prix marked their first PDA-filled outing.
The pair enjoyed a trip to Japan together and they are said to have spent a weekend at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds, England, as well as visiting Paris, France in early February.
They also appeared publicly together during the 2026 Super Bowl in February, when they were shown on the stadium’s big screen during the game between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks.
Lewis – who has previously been linked romantically with singer Nicole Scherzinger and actress Sofía Vergara – and Kim had previously known each other for several years.
Kim – who is mother to North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, seven, with her ex-husband Kanye – is said to be taking her new relationship seriously.
A source recently told PEOPLE: ‘[Lewis is] just an easy-going guy with great energy. Her family likes him and Kim’s very into him.
‘They are both busy with their careers, but see each other as much as possible.’
They are said to have ‘more than just a casual connection’ with the insider adding: ‘It takes a lot to capture Kim’s interest and she’s definitely intrigued.’
