Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend, Jim Curtis, shared the healthy dynamic they have when it comes to arguments.

The hypnotherapist and wellness coach acknowledged that he and the “Friends” alum have “little things that flare up” occasionally, but they choose to deal with it in a positive way.

“I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend,” Curtis shared on the “Ced with Intention” podcast released on Feb. 12. “We spend a lot of time in the house together. Sometimes, we can have, like, little things that flare up.”

“We have the opportunity to either be silent and be angry; or go leave the house, or think about it and meditate on how to change it, or we can say, ‘Hey, this is what happened, I’m sorry,’ and do the repair,” he continued.

Curtis stressed that work needs to be done to ensure the issue doesn’t keep occurring.

“Because once you make a repair and then it just happens five more times, no one trusts it,” he explained.

Curtis also said it was important for couples to “pre-game the rules” of their relationship, for example, respecting how one’s partner communicates.

“We are all so screwed up that unless we start to be really consciously pro-active about that, then we’re just gonna be having all of our inner stuff come up all over the place and not know how to experience it together,” he explained.

Curtis, 50, and Aniston, 57, were first linked in July 2025 and went Instagram-official in November of that year.

Curtis appeared on the “Today” show last month to promote his book, “Book of Possibility,” and revealed how their romance began.

“We were just introduced by friends,” he shared. “That’s it. We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat.”

The romance wasn’t instant. He noted that they “chatted for a long time” and “became close.”

“It took a long time,” he said.

Aniston recently celebrated her 57th birthday on Feb. 11, and Us Weekly reported that she spent it with Curtis.

“They had a low-key dinner and night in for her birthday,” a source told the outlet, noting that the couple was “inseparable.”

“This is the most comfortable [Aniston] has felt in a long time, and it’s still going well,” the insider continued.

Curtis publicly wished Aniston a happy birthday on Instagram, sharing a pic of them laughing together as well as an intimate black-and-white shot of them kissing.

“HBD MY ❤️,” he captioned his post.
