James Kennedy was photographed for the first time since he was arrested for domestic violence.

Although the “Vanderpump Rules” alum has not been seen since Tuesday, he was briefly spotted grabbing an UberEats delivery outside his and girlfriend Ally Lewber’s shared house in Burbank, Calif., on Thursday.

Kennedy appeared stoic as he quickly grabbed the bag before returning inside.

The 32-year-old sported a gray hoodie that read, “See You Next Tuesday,” referring to the event he frequently hosted at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant SUR.

Meanwhile, Lewber, 28, was photographed chatting with a friend and appeared to be in good spirits outside their shared home.

She also co-hosted an event with fashion brand Windsor in Los Angeles Wednesday night, but Kennedy was not present for the night out.

Although Lewber has not commented on the arrest, Kennedy’s lawyers, Scott Leeman and Leonard Levine, told Page Six in a statement, “We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James.

“We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that after careful review, the city attorney’s office will decide not to file formal charges.”

Page Six confirmed that Kennedy was arrested Tuesday night after police responded to reports of an argument between a man and a woman in his home around 11:30 p.m.

An eyewitness told officers that Kennedy reportedly tried to grab a woman during the argument, according to TMZ.

The officers later reported that they did not see any injuries on the alleged victim –– whose identity has not been revealed.

Kennedy returned home after he was released on $20,000 bail.

Just hours before his arrest, Kennedy was seen smiling for photos with Lewber and mingling with guests at Kathy Hilton’s annual star-studded holiday party.

However, a source later told Page Six that Kennedy “sped across the carpet like he was trying to avoid everyone.”

“The vibes were weird,” the insider shared.

Another eyewitness told Us Weekly that Kennedy was acting “erratic” and “looked mad” while one of his friends was “chasing him.”

Meanwhile, “Bachelor” alum Nick Viall attended the same party and later told his “Viall Files” podcast listeners that Kennedy was “barking orders” at one of his friends.

“Let’s say his friend’s name is Sam. And [James] goes, ‘Sam! Hold this! Now.’ … And his friend just grabbed the drink and James kept walking and I was like … ‘That was insane,’” Viall claimed.

“I’m the only one who saw this … I was like, 10 minutes earlier I met this guy who he introduced as his best friend and then 10 minutes later he was barking orders.”
