Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule was released in theatres on December 5, 2024. The movie has received tremendous love from the critics as well as the audience. Directed by Sukumar, it also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil. However, the movie has also landed in some controversy due to a stampede situation in Hyderabad on the night of screening on December 4. The stampede led to a woman’s death.

Amidst all this, Reddit has shared a video where a few fans in Chicago are pouring milk on the posters of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2. The video has gone viral on social media. Some Redditors have bashed this act. It was shared with the caption, “I’m DYING from second-hand embarrassment!!” In the comments, one person wrote, “Indians move to first world country.. But still act like 3rd world. This will only increase the stereotypes.” Another comment reads, “Indias lack of civic sense is astonishing. Paise se akal nhi aati hai is damn true.”
One more Redditor commented, “Celebrity worshipping is going out of hands. We offer milk toh Gods(religious reasons) but doing the same for a celebrity is complete nonsense.” A user wrote, “This is dumb as hell. How does wasting food and creating a mess allow you to enjoy the fandom?” One person commented, “Celebrity worship is such a worthless passion…I don’t know why we indulge in it .. I am also crazy for a few actors but would never do this stupidity….we are such a brainwashed country…”

Meanwhile, on December 13, Allu Arjun was arrested by the cops in Telangana. He was arrested in connection with the Hyderabad Stampede tragedy. After his arrest, the victim’s husband was ready to withdraw the case. A latest report suggests that the Pushpa 2 star has now been given interim bail.
