Emilie Kiser hinted at the condition of her marriage with her husband Brady after their son’s death last year.
Following the fatal drowning of their three-year-old toddler Trigg, the popular blogger opened up about her healing journey and how she has been processing grief.
On May 12, 2025, their son was found unconscious in the backyard pool of their home in Arizona, and he died in the hospital six days later.
At the time of the drowning, Brady was the sole parent at home and was allegedly placing a sports bet.
Kiser shared a poignant message about processing the tragedy and how she ‘forgave’ her husband in a recent video she posted as she recapped an ‘evening in [her] life.’
In the comments section of her TikTok video posted on Tuesday, she responded to a fan’s question about how she ‘healed the loss of [her] son in [her] marriage and forgave [her] husband.’
Emilie Kiser opened up about how she ‘forgave’ her husband Brady after their three-year-old son Trigg’s death last year, following a fatal drowning incident in their backyard pool
‘You don’t heal from the loss, you learn to live with the grief,’ she wrote.
‘Lots of therapy and consistently. As well as realization that everyone deserves love, empathy, and forgiveness,’ she continued.
‘And not giving a crap about other people’s opinions, which therapy helps with.’
It was previously revealed that Brady could potentially be facing a class 4 felony charge of child abuse.
The Chandler Police Department cited video evidence that Trigg was left unattended in the backyard for over nine minutes.
However, The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office later announced that they would not be charging Brady as there was ‘no likelihood of conviction’ against him.
Kiser – who also shares one-year-old son Teddy with Brady – took a hiatus from content creation for about three months following Trigg’s death, and since then, she has been opening up about her grieving and healing journey.
In late December 2025, she also candidly shared an update about how Trigg’s death has affected her relationship with Brady.

When asked if her family was ‘angry’ with Brady, she replied: ‘My entire family loves him so so much.
‘If anything, their unwavering love for him and Trigg is something that has helped us so much to come together as a family,’ she added.
Around the same time, she also opened up about the ‘terrible Christmas,’ her first since their son’s death, she had.
In a ‘get ready with me’ post with her then-nine-month-old son Teddy, which she shared with her 5.1 million TikTok followers, she said she refused to ‘force normalcy’ during the holiday season.
‘I just didn’t want to force a normal Christmas because it is not a normal Christmas,’ she said in the video.
‘It was, quite frankly, a terrible Christmas for us,’ she admitted. ‘I say that just to be real and honest.’
A few days later, she thanked fans for supportive messages as she shared another update.
‘Truly so grateful for my family this year, even though we were not home for Christmas this year. We just did not want to have a traditional Christmas without Trigg.’
She continued, ‘My family made sure to just make us still feel so special — make it special for Teddy.’
About spending the holiday season with her extended family, she said: ‘We were able to just have very quality time together and that is really just all we wanted this year — making memories still, but not having it feel like a normal Christmas.’
