Hilaria Baldwin is taking the phrase “squeeze in a workout” to a whole new level.

The 42-year-old “Nation’s Dumbest” contestant and mother of seven told Fox News Digital her fitness routine doesn’t always happen in a gym or even in a dedicated workout space. Sometimes, it happens right there in the bathroom.

“I run every day. … I found being a mom, if I can get 30 minutes of my cardio, it helps my mind. … It gets me, like, sort of a little bit more regulated with my nervous system, so I really like that,” she shared when asked about her go-to workout with a hectic schedule.

“Then I obviously do my yoga, my little bathroom workouts or just like a stop-and-drop little workout. I love Physique 57. Any kind of barre classes I think are really great.”

And Hilaria isn’t just talking about quick bathroom sweat sessions.

Last month, she gave her fans a front-row look at exactly what those workouts can look like, showing off her physique in a bikini while demonstrating glute exercises in a bathroom.

Despite her fitness-focused lifestyle, Hilaria insisted she isn’t living exclusively on lettuce.

“It’s not always the same,” Hilaria said when asked what a typical day of meals looks like.

“I think people think that I just eat salad all the time, which I’ve definitely done that in the past. But the other day — the baby of the family, we opened up pints of ice cream, two different pints of ice cream at 9 p.m. So, sometimes it looks like that.

“Eat good things and then enjoy. Have the slice of pizza once in a while. Have the ice cream. I think it’s just a bit of a balance.”

When Fox News Digital asked if her husband, Alec Baldwin, ever joins her workouts, she laughed and said he’s not the most flexible person.

“Can’t touch his toes. I literally married the most inflexible person I have ever met.”

After more than 15 years together, seven children and plenty of public scrutiny, Hilaria shared the relationship advice she said has helped keep her longtime relationship strong.

“Oh, it’s been more than 15 years. We met February 2011. You both have to want to be there,” she told Fox News Digital.

“Whenever my friends are coming to me, and they’re, like, it’s a new relationship, or they’re having a bump in it, I say, ‘If both people don’t really want to be there through your difficult moments, through your best moments, then it’s just not going to probably work out,’” the TV personality explained.

“Both Alec and I, through our ups and our downs and our sideways, we’ve wanted to be there. And I think that that’s what’s kept us strong.”

Hilaria’s candid comments come as she appears on FOX’s celebrity competition series, “Nation’s Dumbest.”

The show flips the traditional celebrity competition formula on its head. Contestants aren’t fighting to prove they’re the smartest in the room. They’re trying desperately to avoid being crowned the dumbest.

Hilaria joins an eclectic cast that includes Carmen Electra, Anthony Michael Hall, Ice-T, Elle King, Matt Leinart, Dr. Drew Pinsky, Steve-O, JoJo Siwa, Andrew Yang, Jon Heder and Chase Hudson.

At home, Hilaria and Alec have their own seven-member Baldwin brood: daughters Carmen, María and Ilaria, and sons Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo and Eduardo.

Alec is also the father of daughter Ireland Baldwin, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger. Ireland became a mother herself in 2023 when she welcomed daughter Holland, making Alec a first-time grandfather.

“Nation’s Dumbest” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
