Hailey Bieber’s older sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, is facing up to one year in prison after being charged with battery.

Aronow, 33, was arrested in February 2024 following an incident at Club Elan in Georgia. She allegedly threw a tampon at a bartender and attacked two bouncers before being removed from the club, according to the police report obtained by Page Six.

On Monday, Georgia prosecutors brought four misdemeanor criminal charges against the model — simple battery, simple assault, battery and criminal trespass — according to docs obtained by Us Weekly.

Prosecutors claimed the eldest daughter of Stephen Baldwin and Kennya Baldwin threw a tampon on a woman, pulled a portion of hair from another victim’s scalp and struck another victim in the genitals, the outlet reported.

If Aronow is found guilty, she faces up to one year in jail on the battery charge.

Her arraignment is scheduled for April 23.

A rep for Aronow didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

As Page Six previously reported, per the police report, security footage showed Aronow “forcing her way” into a locked employee bathroom on Feb. 24, 2024. Bartender Haleigh Cauley claimed to authorities that Aronow told her she needed to change her tampon and asked for a few minutes, which she was granted.

“A few minutes later when Ms. Cauley again entered the restroom, the female removed her tampon and threw it at Ms. Cauley,” the report stated. “This is when security stepped in and removed the female from the club.”

The footage, according to the police report, then showed Cauley “jumping back out” of the bathroom before Aronow was escorted from Club Elan by a bouncer whom she fought and resisted “the entire way outside.”

“The video clearly shows [Aronow] grabbing and pulling [the bouncer’s] hair and hitting [a second bouncer] in the genitals,” the report continued.

Aronow initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom and claimed she had been “forcefully removed from the club.”

“She also initially denied throwing her used tampon at Ms. Cauley but later stated she did throw it,” the report noted.

As for the alleged attack on the bouncers, Aronow told authorities at the time that she was “defending herself.”
