Platja d’en Bossa just got hotter. On Thursday afternoon, the flames of Gordon Ramsay’s world-famous Hell’s Kitchen brand officially lit up the culinary scene of Ibiza with the grand opening of its very first European outpost, according to local news reports.
Tucked inside the shimmering walls of The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, the high-octane dining concept lands not just with flair, but with fire.
The opening is the result of a punchy collaboration between Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and the Palladium Hotel Group, merging culinary theatre with Ibiza’s hedonistic heart. But this isn’t just another celebrity chef’s footprint on the Med. This is Ramsay—turned up. It’s bold. It’s brash. And it’s every bit the inferno you’d expect.
‘This place has it all’
“I’m so excited to bring Hell’s Kitchen to the electrifying island of Ibiza this summer!,” Ramsay said. “This place has it all: explosive energy, legendary nightlife and a world-class food scene.”
Ramsay also said that, “Ibiza is the ideal setting for the bold, high-octane experience that is Hell’s Kitchen”.
“We’re going to turn up the heat like never before, with spectacular dishes, incredible cocktails, top-notch entertainment and that unmistakable Hell’s Kitchen fire,” the celebrity chef added. “Whether you’re a local or coming from the other side of the world, get ready for something unforgettable.”
Dinner with a side of drama
Open nightly for dinner, Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza doesn’t ask you to dine simply; it demands your full attention. From the moment you walk in, the restaurant pulses with the island’s unmistakable energy.
Ramsay’s signature intensity is baked into every detail—from the slick interiors to the curated chaos of the open kitchen.
The menu? Equal parts homage and invention. Yes, the classics are there—pan-seared scallops, silky Hamachi, and the much-mythologised Beef Wellington. But this isn’t a carbon copy of Vegas or Dubai.
Ten dishes have been created exclusively for Ibiza, fusing local ingredients with Ramsay’s no-compromise style. Think hellfire prawns scorched to perfection, melt-in-your-mouth grilled sea bass, and a Basque cheesecake so devilishly good it might just steal the show.
The croquettes come with a modernist twist. The sticky toffee pudding doesn’t whisper comfort—it screams decadence. Every plate feels like a performance, each bite a crescendo.
‘More than just a restaurant’
‘We are delighted to partner with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants to bring the iconic Hell’s Kitchen experience to Europe for the first time,” said Ana Morillo, Corporate Managing Director, All Inclusive and High Energy Brands at Palladium Hotel Group.
“Designed to be more than just a restaurant, Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza combines first-class service, striking interiors, live entertainment and an energetic atmosphere into one perfect experience,” Ms Morillo said.
