Elsa Hosk is pregnant! Supermodel announces she is expecting her second child with fiancé Tom Daly and is already six months along: ‘Surprise!’

Elsa Hosk has announced she is six months pregnant with her second child. 

The Swedish supermodel, 37, who already shares daughter Tuulikki, five, with fiancé Tom Daly, took to Instagram with the surprise post on Thursday as she showcased her blossoming bump for the first time. 

She penned: ‘Been growing a little nugget for the last 6 months!!!’ while posing for a sweet snap alongside her lookalike daughter.

Elsa later shared another glimpse of her growling stomach with the caption: ‘Surprise’. 

Fans and famous friends were quick to share their congratulations with fellow model Ashley Graham writing: ‘I’m so excited for you all!!! Wonderful news!!!!’ and Victoria’s Secret’s Vita Sidorkina-Morabito said: ‘Congrats’.

Fans added: ‘So happy for you!!!’: ‘obsessed! And congratulations mama!’: ‘congrats momma’: ‘Congratulations! These images are so beautiful and cool!’.

It comes after Elsa revealed she got engaged to longtime partner Tom after he popped the question in a dreamy, candlelit proposal.

‘I said yessss in a Swedish wildflower garden, in our new apartment in the city we met 10 years in – you and me baby @tomtomdaly,’ Elsa captioned a sweet Instagram slideshow showing off her dazzling oval-cut diamond ring.

In one image, Tom is seen down on one knee surrounded by flickering candles as Elsa clasps her face in shock and joy.

Another shot shows him opening a Tiffany’s box to reveal the dazzling oval-cut diamond ring he chose for her.

Elsa beamed as she proudly held up her hand to show off the massive sparkler, leaning into Daly with a wide smile.

The couple’s love shone through the carousel of images, which also included sweet kisses, tight embraces, and laughter as they celebrated their next chapter together.

For the proposal, Elsa wore a chic crimson blouse tucked into high-waisted trousers, while Daly looked sharp in a classic grey suit.

The pair even topped off the milestone with a cake iced with the words ‘Congratulations Elsa & Tom!’

Afterward, they even celebrated at a small restaurant with their closest loved ones.

Jeweler, Kegan Fisher, told InStyle that her ring appears to be ‘roughly 10 carats’ and could cost between ‘$750,000 to $1 million.’

In a 2022 Vogue Scandinavia interview, Elsa revealed that she and Tom first crossed paths at his going-away dinner at New York hotspot Indochine.

At the time, he was preparing to relocate to Stockholm to work for Acne Studios.

‘I was just invited randomly to this party and I was seated next to him,’ Elsa recalled. ‘I was kind of in a relationship at the time and he was also in a relationship at the time, but I do remember it was love at first sight.’

Tom, however, remembers it differently.

‘She tells this amazing story that she always knew we were going to be together,’ he teased. ‘But I don’t know if we can quite believe her on that.’ 

According to him, he was actually single that night — and even asked Elsa to introduce him to her friends. ‘She did not,’ he laughed.

Years later, fate intervened when Tom moved back to New York to launch his running eyewear and apparel brand, District Vision, setting up shop on the very same street where Elsa lived.

Eventually, she asked him out.

‘He was so different from the guys I’d been dating,’ she said. ‘He was not possessive. He wasn’t a rich guy who wanted arm candy. He was just a normal, cool guy — super happy, very funny. I was kind of obsessed with him.’

Daly admitted he took his time making a move. ‘I was so nervous to make the first move. It took me six weeks. I would walk her to her front door and just drop her off and carry on walking.’

Apparently, patience paid off: ‘It worked,’ he said.
