Cindy Crawford soaked up the sun during a romantic vacation to Mexico with longtime husband Rande Gerber over the weekend.
The ’90s icon showed off her toned physique in a dark purple bikini while taking a dip in the ocean, keeping her long hair down and sporting a fresh face sans makeup.
For Gerber’s part, the businessman donned light blue and white swim trunks with a tropical pattern and a dark blue baseball cap.
The couple was seen walking into the water together, with the Gerber flexing his abs as he animatedly spoke with Crawford.
After taking a swim, the duo relaxed on their beach chairs.
Crawford, 60, and Gerber, 63, are no strangers to spending quality time together in exotic places over their nearly 28-year marriage.
The pair tied the knot in May 1998 on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
In the following years, the pair welcomed son Presley, 26, and daughter Kaia, 24.
Crawford and Gerber were friends for years prior to things turning romantic.
“We met at my agent’s wedding,” she recalled in a 2015 interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “When I met him I was still with Richard [Gere] and he didn’t want to go to the wedding with me.”
Crawford added that Gerber was also seeing someone at the time and “wasn’t looking to meet anyone either.”
“That’s the best time to meet someone because that’s when you’re truly yourselves,” the former music video vixen continued. “We became friends and after Richard and I broke up then we started dating.”
Crawford was previously married to Gere, 76, from 1991 to 1995.
While speaking with the outlet, the runway star also gushed over motherhood.
“Having kids changes your life in every way — in ways you didn’t think possible before you have kids,” she detailed. “They taught me how strong I am.”
In 2023, the Casamigos co-founder told People he “definitely” believed his proudest moment in life was “getting married and having kids.”
Now, the duo has quickly settled into empty-nester life.
“We can go for a walk on the beach,” Crawford explained in 2017. “It reminds me of when we first got together. I love the simplicity. And we do not worry about the kids because they are fine. They’re doing their own thing.”
Both of Crawford’s children have followed in her fashionable footsteps as models in their own right — but Kaia, meanwhile, has taken it further and forged a path in Hollywood as an actress.
Kaia has starred in films like “Babylon,” “Bottoms,” “Saturday Night” and “Mother Mary,” while appearing on shows like “American Horror Story,” “Palm Royale,” and “Overcompensating.”
Presley has largely focused on runway and editorial work as a model.
