From “Naked in Manhattan” to a barely-there dress in LA.

Chappell Roan wore her wildest look to date on the Grammys 2026 red carpet: a sheer, burgundy Mugler dress, attached to her body via bedazzled faux piercings.

She completed the look with loads of temporary body art, including a pony drawing on her chest — perhaps a nod to her hit “Pink Pony Club” — and a giant temporary tattoo of a lace design on her back.

The chart-topper wore her famous red hair down in curls and fishtail braids for the occasion, and accessorized with a dazzling choker and matching earrings.

She ditched her usual dramatic full-face makeup, instead opting for winged eyeliner, silver eye-shadow and doll-like blush.

The “Hot to Go” singer is up for two awards at tonight’s ceremony: record of the year and best pop solo performance, both for “The Subway.”

She took home the gramophone trophy for best new artist at last year’s Grammys, where she opted for a less skin-baring — but still headline-making — vintage Jean Paul Gaultier ballgown straight from the designer’s 2003 couture runway.

2025 was a big year for the star sartorially, as she also attended her first-ever Paris Fashion Week and made her Met Gala debut wearing a an over-the-top pink patchwork suit and matching coat.

Now, with her first major outing of 2026, the Midwest princess is back reigning on the red carpet.
