Carol Burnett reunited with her protégée Vicki Lawrence for a ‘special night’ together.

‘Dinner with Carol,’ the 77-year-old Emmy winner – who boasts 160,000 Instagram followers – captioned her post on Sunday.

‘Thank you Brian for a beautiful meal. Lotsa laughs and lotsa memories. I love her so…’

The 93-year-old national treasure famously plucked Lawrence from obscurity, at age 18, after answering her fan letter and watching her win the Miss Fireball pageant in Inglewood, California.

Burnett’s mini-me went on to star in her CBS variety show The Carol Burnett Show from 1967 to 1978 where she created the iconic character of ‘Mama’ Thelma Harper.

Lawrence recently guest starred as Lotte, the mother of the iconic comedian’s murderous matriarch Norma Dellacorte, in four episodes of Palm Royale.

‘What happened was [creator] Abe Sylvia called Vicki and said, “Okay, we would like you to be on the show, and you’ll be Carol’s mother.” And Vicki said, “So what else is new?”‘ Burnett recalled to Parade last December.

‘Being with Vicki again was like old times. I mean, it was as if all the years had not passed, and here we are again together.’

On March 2, Apple Studios canceled the 1969-set high society dramedy after two seasons.

Lawrence is next scheduled to appear at Smoky Mountain Fan Fest in Kingsport, Tennessee between May 29-31.

On February 3, Burnett – who’s an Oscar away from EGOT status – was asked about the best part about being in your 90s while on Good Hang with Amy Poehler and shot back: ‘That you’re not 105. [laughter] You’re a kid.’

‘A few years ago, a bunch of us were sitting around a table said, “How do you really feel inside?”‘ the Texan-born, Hollywood-raised star recalled.

‘I said, “11.” Maybe that’s because that’s when I would climb the [Hollywood] sign, when I would roller skate, when I would put my handprints with Betty Grable. I don’t I don’t know. But something about being 11. Go figure…They’re not too smart-alecky yet.’

Burnett has two daughters – Jody Hamilton, 59, and Erin Hamilton, 57 – from her 21-year marriage to the late producer Joe Hamilton, which ended in 1984.

The Hacks guest star’s daughter Carrie was rehabbed three times before getting clean and then tragically perishing, at age 38, from pneumonia as a complication of lung and brain cancer in 2002.

Addiction runs deep in Burnett’s family as both of her parents Joseph and Ina were alcoholics and her daughter Erin also suffered from substance abuse issues.

The flame-haired funnywoman was raised by her maternal grandmother aka ‘Nanny’ Mabel Jones, whom she would famously signal on every episode of The Carol Burnett Show by tugging on her ear.

Burnett has been married to her third husband – former Hollywood Bowl Orchestra percussionist Brian Miller – for 24 years.

Aside from the seven Emmys, Tony, and Grammy – the living legend has won seven Golden Globe Awards, Kennedy Center Honors, Peabody Award, the Mark Twain Award, the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the SAG Lifetime Achievement Award.
