British content creator Max Balegde has signed with UTA.
On Tuesday, the global talent, entertainment, sports and advisory company announced that the internet personality will be represented by UTA across digital and audio and co-represented by Curtis Brown on unscripted and scripted TV.
Balegde began posting on TikTok in January 2020 and quickly rose to prominence for his sharp humor, pop culture commentary and candid storytelling. Across all platforms, he now reaches a global audience of over four million, including 3.6m on TikTok and 600,000 on Instagram.
His success in the digital creator space has led to an expansion into mainstream media, with live presenting and hosting gigs seeing him talk to the likes of Zendaya, Austin Butler and Paul Mescal. His interview with Stranger Things‘ Millie Bobby Brown in 2024 went viral on TikTok, and the creator has recently launched his own interview show on YouTube called Performance Review, where he describes himself as the “HR department for the entertainment industry” while conversing with celebrity guests.
In addition to his work in entertainment, Balegde is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. In June, he was recognized with the 2025 Online Influencer award at the British LGBT Awards for his advocacy and fundraising work.
Other recent endeavors include starring as a contestant on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia and hosting the reunion for BBC One’s first-ever dating show, Stranded on Honeymoon Island.
He is the latest addition to UTA’s rapidly expanding Creator team in London, which has seen client representation increase by more than 60 percent in the past year. He joins a roster of talent that includes Elizabeth Day, Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo, Jack Edwards, Madeline Argy, Leah Halton, Grace Campbell, Tolami Benson, RedHanded, and Lewis Goodall.
Max Balegde will be represented across UTA’s digital, audio, and talent groups in both the U.K. and U.S.
