Bethenny Frankel flaunted her fit physique in swimwear as she posed in a scantily clad selfie on Saturday.

The Real Housewives of New York City alum, 55, took to her Instagram Story to share a photo of herself modeling a tiny, pale pink bikini and a pair of oversize sunglasses.

She showed off her sunbathing look as she posed in front of a mirror and her disheveled bed in the background.

Frankel wore a large straw hat paired with stacks of gold jewelry as she prepared to enjoy a day out in the sun.

The reality TV star, who recently made her debut in the latest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue alongside a slew of fellow bombshells, later shared another post after putting on a Chanel tank top that paired perfectly with her pink bikini.

Last May, Frankel famously walked the Sports Illustrated Swim Show in a bikini and surprised many of her fans with her youthful appearance.

Bethenny Frankel posted a sexy Instagram Story on Saturday and showed off her toned figure in a baby pink bikini

The following month, she addressed the public’s reaction to her catwalk and opened up about her secret to staying healthy and active in her 50s.

‘Honestly, my body hasn’t changed — people’s perception of it has,’ she told the Daily Mail exclusively last June.

‘I didn’t realize I was considered “so old” until everyone started acting shocked that I looked fit at 54,’ she said at the time.

‘I think what people are really responding to is that I was happy,’ she added.

‘There are so many beautiful women in the world, but there’s something magnetic about joy,’ she continued. ‘Feeling alive — that’s the real glow-up.’

Frankel also explained that she maintains her slim physique by ‘walking on the beach’ and said she does not exercise besides partaking in her hobbies.

‘I don’t work out,’ she said. ‘I just stay active in ways that feel natural: walking, moving, living. I don’t force it. I walk. That’s my main form of movement.’

Another way she maintains her figure is by having a ‘healthy relationship with food and exercise.’

Her post comes shortly after she made her Sports Illustrated debut alongside fellow bombshells

Frankel explained: ‘I self-regulate. Sometimes I’m super active and eat clean, and sometimes I rest and indulge.

‘I go through phases, like everyone, but I always come back to center. It’s about balance, not extremes,’ she said.

Frankel also previously shared the same sentiment a few years ago and said she prioritizes getting a full night’s rest and ‘happiness’ rather than diet or exercise.

‘I get asked this all the time. I don’t exercise. I do what I can, when I can,’ she shared in a 2022 TikTok video.

‘I’ll snowboard if I can, I’ll surf if I can, I’ll walk on the beach, but I choose sleep first. Sleep is the number one priority and being happy is the number one priority.’

She recalled how a different approach in her 30s did not lend her the same results.

Last year, Frankel opened up about her secret to staying fit and revealed that it’s not dieting nor exercising

She explained that she ‘self-regulates’ and avoids ‘extremes’ to stay healthy and happy

She also explained that to stay active, she frequently enjoys ‘walks on the beach’

‘I was probably 20 pounds heavier in my 30s and I was always on a diet,’ she shared as she explained why she does not believe exercising to work off calories consumed is an effective method for her.

‘I eat what I want, and I don’t ever binge. I don’t workout and I don’t do weights,’ she said.

‘I believe in balance. I believe in sleep, I believe in living, I believe in french fries, I believe in alcohol, and I believe in not being crazy.’

Frankel added: ‘The crazier you get, the worse it gets for you. And as you get older, you realize the zero f***s lifestyle works better.’
