“Below Deck Mediterranean” star Nathan Gallagher is reportedly facing an assault charge from an incident that took place in 2022.

According to Irish news website Donegal Daily, there is a live bench warrant in existence in Ireland for Gallagher’s arrest.

The reality star is charged with assaulting another man and causing him harm at Main Street in Dungloe, Ireland, on August 7, 2022.

The outlet reported that the warrant was issued at Dungloe District Court in April 2025 after Gallagher failed to appear.

Page Six has reached out to Bravo for comment but did not immediately hear back.

As Page Six previously reported last week, Gallagher, 28, was arrested on domestic violence charges in Australia last December.

The Bravolebrity was arrested on Dec. 27, 2025, for allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old woman at an apartment complex in Sydney, according to a police report obtained by Rolling Stone.

Gallagher was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent and common assault.

It’s unclear how Gallagher pleaded to the charges and the outlet reported that he was granted conditional bail.

Though the identity of the woman he allegedly choked remains unknown, Rolling Stone reported that his “Below Deck” castmate Gael Cameron filed an Apprehended Violence Application against Gallagher, which is meant to legally protect victims from someone who is stalking, harassing, threatening or intimidating them with harm.

Cameron and Gallagher share a 1-year-old son named Kayden.

A hearing for the case is scheduled for Sept. 1.

After news surfaced of the arrest, Gallagher broke his silence, saying he wasn’t “perfect” while confirming his breakup with Cameron.

“I’m not claiming I was perfect. I wasn’t,” he told Rolling Stone last Wednesday. “I made mistakes and I will take responsibility for my own actions.”

“But I will not accept being portrayed solely through one person’s account of a relationship when there is another side and evidence relating to it,” Gallagher continued.

The Bravo star then claimed he has “evidence,” including “contemporaneous video footage from the night in question, as well as messages and other records, which I believe provide important context.”

“There are also other matters surrounding the relationship that I have never discussed publicly, including circumstances surrounding the breakdown of our relationship, previous allegations she made about a former partner and financial matters relating to the purchase of an apartment in Sydney,” he said.

“I have kept the evidence and will deal with it through the appropriate channels,” Gallagher added.

“But I also don’t believe it is fair for one version of events to be presented publicly as though it is the complete story when there is evidence that may materially contradict or provide significant context to that account.”

The US Sun reported that Gallagher will not appear on the next season of “Below Deck Mediterranean.”

However, the TV personality’s scenes will not be removed from Season 11, which is currently airing on the network.
