“Access Hollywood” co-anchor Kit Hoover has filed for divorce from her husband of 25 years, Crowley Sullivan.

Hoover filed the paperwork in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 26, according to legal documents obtained by Page Six Friday.

She cited the reason for their split as “irreconcilable differences” and listed their official date of separation as May 1, 2024.

The host, 54, is also seeking joint legal and physical custody of their son, Crowley Jr., 18, who is listed as a minor in the filing.

In addition to their son, Hoover also shares daughters Campbell, 22, and Hayes, 21, with the Athlete Advantage CEO.

She also notes in the filing that she is seeking spousal support as specified “per agreement of the two parties.”

A rep for Hoover did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

As we previously reported, Hoover and Sullivan separated in December 2024.

The couple have not spoken publicly regarding their breakup, but a source previously told Us Weekly that Hoover had already declared herself “single” for awhile ahead of their split.

“She’s been telling people she is single and getting divorced,” the insider claimed.

Hoover was also spotted without her wedding ring in photos and videos leading up to their breakup.

The estranged couple tied the knot in 1999.

Hoover previously marked her 24th wedding anniversary with Sullivan in August 2023 on Instagram, sharing a throwback photo of the pair.

“Holy Cow – We are 24 years old in this pic and NOW – Happy 24th anniversary Honeybun!!! Thanks for loving this lunatic and for our beautiful family that is my EVERYTHING. I love you. 💚🍀💚#stillhavingfun #stilltheone #grateful #joyfulliving,” she wrote at the time. .
